Why would we drive from California to purchase a travel trailer from Apache in Everett Washington? Simple answer: price and service. As an internet buyer I contacted Creekside dealers in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. From the beginning Apache has the best price that no one would/​could match. Add to that outstanding customer service from Karl and his team and I highly recommend Apache to anyone on the West Coast — and beyond. After purchase — the customer service remains outstanding.

A few weeks back I responded to an add on CL on a used camper. Got tired of dealing with no responses from private party and unhappy people. So I tried this outfit. Don responded to me in a timely manner. To my disappointment, it was not a good fit for my truck. With no pressure, he just suggested for a comparism, look at these. So I did. With a few that I did look at before, I was very surprised at how nice these were. I decided to pursue a bit further, again no pressure. I was blown away, I can make it happen. So I went for it.
Only concern was I had an older Dually. I am pretty easy to work with, and since I have built many items in the past, I asked if we can modify it? He then introduced me to Steve and the crew in parts and service department. Wow what a fantastic group. From start to finish, what a great group. Attention to detail, wow, I thought I was thourough, these guys are great. Even from the front desk, great people.
We got our chance this weekend to use it at the racetrack. We stayed warm, avoided the down pours, made dinner, slept well, watched movies and had fun. Oh, and did awesome as well. Dons personal approach and no pressure is why I feel comfortable to refer everyone, as well as the rest of the staff at Apache.

We had never owned any type of rv before. We were looking for a truck camper. This was our first stop. We were shown all they had on the lot, way out of our price range. We said thank you and we were going elsewhere. We were told there was one more, used, just came in and would fit our short bed. We were very, very naïve and they figured it out. We were shown how to hook up and fit on truck. Never ran water or refrigerator. Said they had inspected it and it was fine. I noticed a soft spot in the floor and questioned it and was told that it was fine that there wasn’t an issue. Did I mention we had never owned one before. We were excited, our first camper (we have tent camped our whole lives but getting older, wanted more comfort) so we happily went on our first camping trip. Hooked up, couldn’t get the refrigerator to work the whole trip and the pipes leaked terribly. We sent an email to the sales person stating how disappointed we were. We got a response back and was asked to bring it in. When we got there were we treated very rudely and coldly, pulled into office and explained that we need not send an email like we did, all we had to do was call them and they would help us. I was treated so badly, no one would give me the time of day, not even the secretary. The original sales person wouldn’t even speak to me. I was then taken into service and he showed me that you had to level the camper for the fridge to work. I was surprised and he explanned that this wasn’t shown to us so we didn’t know. To no avail, I was told again not to write an email but to call. I explained that there was a leak in the pipes and we had to put a pan under the lip of the sink and couldn’t run water down the sink. They had no openings for a few weeks. I made the appointment, brought the camper back in. I was in the waiting room between 4 and 5 hours and when he finally called me back I was told that that they ran water through it and they couldn’t recreate the leak. How did that take 4 hours??? I explained the leak is there and I was told again they couldn’t find it. I took the camper home, ran water through pipes and it filled the pan half way, no problem. Definitely a leak, so now they wouldn’t fix anything for us and treated us extremely unfairly. We used it for first camping season, 5 camping trips and at the beginning of next season decided to trade it in for a trailer. We went to Tacoma RV. Picked out what we wanted, asked the questions we now knew to ask and brought the camper down for trade in. When they checked it over they called us in and explained that there was a soft spot in the floor, meaning they couldn’t resell it, it very, very unsafe and should never have been sold to us in this condition. They had to scrap it. We explained where we got it and what they sold it to us for (I’m embarrassed to say, we were so foolish and stupid) and we were told that we had been taken for sure. We feel Apach took advantage of us and when we did complain we were treated so terribly we couldn’t get the camper fixed and didn’t know what to do. WHAT EVER YOU DO, NEVER BUY FROM APACHE. IF YOU DO, DONT GET ON THEIR BAD SIDE. THEY ARE UNFAIR AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOES WHO DONT KNOW BETTER. (In some fairness, we should have done more reading but I don’t think it would have prepared us for the liars and deceives that we ran into)

I cannot remember the last time I have experienced such great customer service, and what is more, there was no charge for the services. We called on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about an electrical problem we have been having with our 10 year old tent trailer. Told to bring it down that day. Karl Baker and two other mechanics opened the camper, found the loose wiring, fixed it, and also fixed a broken railing on the outside of the camper. And that was it, all within a half hour or so, no charge. Absolutely will be coming back for repairs and probably when we decide to upgrade to a bigger camper. Amazing.

I needed the surge brakes on my tent trailer fixed. The service dept. had no openings except for 5 weeks out. I made the appointment. 5 weeks later, when I brought it, in they told me they don’t fix hydraulic brakes, only electric brakes. Well, at least they told me then instead of letting me drop it off & calling me later. They recommended I take it to Les Schwab, curiously not mentioning their competitor, Poulsbo RV, which is practically across the street.

I recently bought my first travel trailer, a T@B, at Apache this Summer. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. I worked with Chris, who was wonderfully helpful, but not just him, the entire staff. I’m about to take a long trip and I feel confident that if I have any problems with the trailer, Apache will come through for me with troubleshooting and service. Highly recommended!

We bought a T@B trailer this past January from them. From the moment that we initiated contact they have been thorough and professional.
Chris our salesman and the service staff were patient and awesome explaining how to use and set up our gear.
We are currently in Alaska and had an issue with our water system. I called for assistance and Carl and Don spent close to an hour helping pinpoint and resolve the problem. This was after business hours and made sure everything was resolved before hanging up.

These are the best guys in the business, they are not traditional sales men and do not try and pressure you into anything. they are willing to help however they can. we did not buy our trailer from them and they took better care of us then the company we bought from. Every person on their staff made sure that we received the help we needed. I will never work with anyone else but the guys at Apache.

This is the best place to buy an RV! I bought my Arctic Fox trailer from Don M. who is the best RV salesman I have ever encountered. He has been at Apache for a long time, he knew the answer to all my questions and he answered questions honestly. Arctic Fox is a great product and Don is a great person to buy one from. Everyone I dealt with at Apache made the experience painless and enjoyable!

We visited Apache RV earlier this year to look for a new camper our salesperson Don Minteer was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, he opened all the campers that out truck could handle and we looked at them at our leisure. Absolutely no pressure which is very nice, we told Don we were interested on the 2015 Arctic Fox 990 and after talking with Don we decided the 990 was the one. Everyone from Ouime (reception) to Cindy in the accounting department are very friendly even the dog. We had a few very, very minor repairs that needed fixing, Carl and Noël went above and beyond to correct the issue, everyone at Apache is professional and friendly purchasing our camper was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them, we will be back!

My wife and I are still in the preparation stages of our new trailer, but because of the help of sales lead Don Minteer and the owner Lisa Johnson, we will have been given the knowledge to prepare the right purchase for us. We recently downsized from our 26 ft Article Fox to a new 21ft Black Rock trailer. Don Minteer was our salesperson and, I have to say, we could not have had a better experience. Don was extremely knowledgable, honest and straightforward with us. Absolutely no sales pressure! When we picked up our trailer, Steve provided us with a complete review of all the trailer’s features. He also was very knowledgable. From our first contact through pickup of the trailer there were no surprises and our experience was stress free and positive in all respects. It is important to note that we are not easily impressed but we were very impressed with this organization. We highly recommend Apache Trailers. It should be noted that we had shopped around and drove from Olympia to Everett to complete this purchase. We would have absolutely no reservation about purchasing another RV from this business.

We’ve used Apache Camping for maintenance on 2 camping trailers. Both times we were satisfying. The last time was the best. I brought the camper in because I thought it had a leak in the fresh water system. Even though they were super busy, they checked it out and tested it completely. They were extremely thorough and helpful. They showed me why I thought it was leaking, put everything back together and had it ready in no time.
