This pizza is ridiculously delicious!!! The ONLY reason I’m dropping one star is that we showed up on a Friday at 11am, and the place is locked up, and no one answered the phone. That said– this pizza will make your soul scream out in the ecstasy of the pizza heavens as your being is finally able to merge with the divine presence of the pizza gods.

This is actually the best pizza I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I order this pizza at least five times a month(for the past year) and are never ever disappointed. The cheese is beneath and on top of the toppings! The crust is the best pizza crust I’ve ever tasted!!! Its absolutely perfect and the woman that owns it is so sweet! In case you can’t tell I genuinely want to recommend this pizza to everyone in and around Everett.

Friendly staff. One of the best pizza in existence. Always freshly made dough and it’s stuffed with toppings. To be honest, I think they are way better than some very well known Pizza Stores out there.

Great pizza, best I’ve had anywhere and the taste is just different but in a great way. Good pizza sauce with a crust that doesn’t get too chewy or hard. Also great the next day cold.

This is the only pizza place everyone in the family agrees on. The pizza tends to be just on the greasy side but so delicious who cares! People who work there are super friendly too.

Food – and perhaps especially pizza – cannot be reviewed objectively. Pizza is like pillows: some like it thick, some thin; some hard, some soft. And of course there are more variables in pizza than in pillows: spice; texture; price. That said, my family didn’t think this reasonably-priced pizza was very good. The crust of our medium pepperoni pizza was medium thickness, and somewhat doughy. Combined with the thick mozzarella, this made for a soft, chewy mouthful. It’s the kind of pizza you might choke on. The pepperoni was buried under the cheese, and so the taste of it was buried too. The atmosphere of of the place – which was kind of dull – would be helped by simply turning off the small, ancient TV, that was set to local news and barely audible, and putting on some music. I can’t believe that this place has a higher Unilocal rating than Brooklyn Bros. While more expensive, the pizza and atmosphere there are vastly superior. Even Alfy’s is better.

This is by far the best pizza in the area. We’ve eaten here several times now and have never been disappointed. Always cooked to perfection, excellent sauce, lots of toppings and the perfect amount of crust.

The pizza here is delicious! The calzones are also really tasty. The service is always really nice and the wait time is generally pretty good. I usually order a veggie pizza or calzone which has a very balanced cheese-to-veggie ratio. And the Caesar salad with chicken is totally worth it!

Wanting to find a new pizza place & read some reviews which led me to this place. Passed by this place before & never really knew it was here. Was so pleasantly surprised by how good their pizza & cheese sticks are! The woman who works there, who I assume is the owner, remembers my husband’s name each time he picks up our dinner. I always hear how friendly she is. The pizza is tasty & they’re in no way skimpy with the ingredients! We have eaten there too many times to count. Unfortunately they don’t deliver. Thankfully it’s on my husband’s way home so that’s not really an inconvenience for us. I’d highly recommended you give this place a try.

Followed Unilocalers advice & ventured to this simple, fast pizza joint. I was initially going to order the one topping special to go but I opted on a single slice of cheese pizza for $ 2.75. it isn’t the best pizza I ever had but ot is the best I’ve had in Washington State. The woman behind the counter was pleasant and expedient. The crust is pretty thick. The tomato sauce has a nice bite. The flavors are nicely married. I would rate that sauce, the amount of cheese, and the service superlative! I could have used a bit more gluten because I like to gnaw and chew on the crust. The ambiance is nil but this is perfect for a great place to grab a bite on the fly. The atmosphere and crust rate a 4… The sweet woman at the register and the pizza rate a 5. You can’t beat the price for a very large slice.

Been eating pizza here since I was a freshmen at EHS. Some of the best pizza in town and the owners are nice and care about the customers. Will always be a fan of A Pizza House!

This really is the best pizza around. The service is excellent, the owner is as nice as can be, and the pizza is out of this world. The pizza is loaded with cheese and the crusts are always done to perfection. The sauce is to die for. If you are looking for a great pizza, A Pizza House is the place to go. Great pizza at a great value! The only complaint I have is they aren’t open on Sundays! ;0).

Waaaaaay too much fennel in the pizza sauce. It kind of tasted like a sauce Lean Cuisine would use. Other than that, however, the cheese, crust, and toppings were great(mushrooms were amazing). If they could improve their pizza sauce, I’d be back all the time. Until then, I’ll lament the amazingness being wasted by associating with a subpar sauce.

Sigh. This place, like many others run by folks who do not understand the principals behind baking, makes awful pizza. Sadly, many people who attempt to make pizza, instead make, um, well,. .. soggy crap. One of the basic principals behind pizza is that the cheese will melt and seal-in whatever moisture is below. This is the reason the cheese should NEVER be on top of the toppings. Why the fluck do you suppose they’re called«toppings»? They go ONTOP. Especially any kind of moist topping(artichoke hearts, tomatoes, etc.). This is exactly what I got — a pesto veggie pizza that was stuff on top of soggy dough(even though I asked them to bake it several extra minutes). They certainly did not skimp on the cheese, lackluster though it was. And there was an appropriate amount of toppings, buried under that cheese. Be warned, though(or would that be additionally?), this is not thin crust pizza. The crust is damm-near a 3/8″ thick(which it might need to be to keep the water from seeping through). It is nowhere near Chicago style, and it’s a far, far cry from New York style. It’s more of a midwestern, home-made, pot-luck style. The sizing is a bit on the small side, too. An extra large is 16″ across. I grew up eating Pagliacci pizza where a large is 17″ across. Whatever. They had to call me back to tell me they were out of garlic bread. How the hell does a pizza place«run out» of garlic bread? You got dough? You got garlic? Then you can make garlic bread in 1.75 minutes! Did they also run out of garlic and dough? In the time it took to call me, they could have made it. Twice. The website states right up front, like a badge of honor, that they make fresh dough daily. In my world, this is expected. That it «needs» to be said implies that the business is attempting to differentiate itself as better than«bad» places or «big chains» that do not make their own dough, thus putting them on the same level(but they’re better! They make their own dough daily!). Not true. I’ve made better dough at my house more times than I can count. It’s four frickin’ ingredients and some time(and dearly lacking know-how). Some of the other reviewers seem taken by how personable the staff was. I did not find this to be true, at all. Moreover, what the heck does it matter how interested they are in the clientele if they cannot do their primary job(make pizza)? Making-up for a lack of competence with a gregarious personality is kinda douchey. Aside from slightly better toppings and more cheese, this place is no better than the vile pizza hut. After trying every pizza place around here, I have concluded that there is no place in Everett to get good pizza. Sad.

A Pizza House is a wonderful place to eat or pick up a pizza to go. There aren’t enough great places like this. Not only will you get a great tasting pizza, the woman who owns this place is friendly, genuinely interested in you, and makes a routine transaction a pleasure. I can’t recommend A Pizza Place highly enough. So glad we found it!

This is a new favorite! We had the pesto chicken and added artichokes. It was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time! The ingredients were fresh, and very good quality. Really delicious!!!
