We have used them three times. We have had them repair carpet in our rentals, which makes the carpet last longer saving us money. We used them again last week in our rental and without my asking, Alex let me know that he could deodorize the carpet but the smell would come back. Basically the carpet wasn’t cleanable. It took nearly $ 200 off our cleaning bill with A Advanced, we bought replacement carpet from Hatloe’s which I will post a review of their services also. I told Ken, when you find a good, honest business that knows their stuff, you keep them, which is exactly what we have done and will continue to do.

Scammers
We had some basement flooding and I had them out for an estimate on replacing a small swatch of padding and cleaning the impacted area as well as the traffic areas where the flood repair-​people walked in and out with their dirty shoes. Their approach was nothing short of an obnoxious gouge attempt. I was told I would have to sign a waiver so they weren’t responsible for bacterial aftermath, and their price was almost as much as the whole room’s carpet (including installation) cost. It’s also worth noting that they asked me right off whether insurance was covering this, I should have asked them to leave at that point.
To run down their prices, the padding replacement was $ 200, the cleaning was $ 179 (after a $ 60 deal they had), a mildew treatment was another $ 40, and the carpet repair was another $ 150. The price came out to $ 600+ after tax, and I just kicked them out of my house.
Not sure if they fancy themselves as abatement technicians, but I don’t need abatement technicians. I was looking for a one-​stop shop to do the repair and cleaning, and they just saw dollar signs. Too bad, they would have had my business for $ 400.
Bottom Line:
They were referred by another carpet repairman, and I should have turned tail when I saw their name (2 A’s at the beginning to make it to the front of the Yellow Pages). They saw a person in need and went for broke, so I sent them packing.

We recently had our carpets cleaned by A Advanced. They were thorough, friendly, honest, punctual, and did a great job. The carpets in the living room were especially dirty. The home was built in the late 90s and has off white low pile carpets. Many spills, and stains later, it really needed the hot steam and truck mounted units to extract the moisture. We had tried our own machines and the stains always resurfaced. It has been over one month now, and the carpets still look amazing. We will refer our friends and family to A Advanced!
On top of great service before and after the service, we just received a thank you note… hand written from them, which was a nice touch. Keep up the good work A Advanced!
