Had internet/​cable installed yesterday, and today the same guy came in his one vehicle with a buddy in the passenger side saying he needed to fix some cables. Well now nothing works, and he just left. I tried calling Comcast they said the next available appointment was tomorrow, trying to talk to a local manager, every number I find takes me through the same automated crap and leads me to India! So frustrating! Especially since I didn’t even ask for this guy to come out!
