Unity Taxi is Evansville, and Southern Indiana’s largest livery service. We accept all types of payment; credit cards, T.R.I.P. tickets, charge vouchers, coupons, cab stamps, every type of Indiana Medicaid, and, of course, cash.

We provide our passengers with respectable and professional transportation, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We offer Taxicab, Wheelchair Taxi, and Medical Transportation Services.

History

Established in 2009.

Unity Taxi was started in 2009 as a small Medicaid transport service and today is Southern Indiana’s largest transportation-​for-​hire service provider. Our drivers are pre-​screened for poor driving, criminal, and drug-​related backgrounds. Our taxis are late model minivans and sedans, and are maintained to exceed the Evansville Safety Board’s requirements. The fleet is GPS dispatched to ensure trips are loaded in the quickest possible time. Our taxicabs are insured beyond the City’s requirements, and are checked regularly for cleanliness.

As an Evansville native with local experience in transportation and government, Bill Kramer leads an office and driver staff of 60+ people to keep Evansville moving. Bill has taken a five car medical transport company and turned it into southern Indiana’s largest transportation business, regularly serving three states and multiple counties in the Evansville area.
