John and Kristi Horton of the Horton Team are real estate expert advisors, marketing pros, and listing specialists. They sell homes all over Vanderburgh County in Evansville, as well as in Newburgh, Indiana in Warrick County. Over twelve years experience, they started their real estate career at RE/​MAX for five years then spent five and a half years at ERA First Advantage and finally moved their practice to Keller Williams Capital Realty June of 2014.

History

Established in 2004.

John Horton started his real estate career with RE/​MAX Residential Services after a 20 year career in marketing & advertising. His wife Kristi, a former restaurant manager & small business owner, joined as a Realtor, with RE/​MAX the next year in 2005.

In 2009 they moved their practice to ERA First Advantage Realty in Newburgh, IN specializing in listing & selling homes that should have sold but didn’t. Using their expertise in marketing & organization they started implementing tested, proven, & repeatable systems to sell homes for more money, in less time.

They hired assistants to make sure that all of their house listings were properly marketed on the Internet so that the sellers homes would reach the largest pool of buyers possible.

In June of 2014, the Horton Team moved their real estate practice to Keller Williams — Capital Realty. Keller Williams (kw) is the largest real estate franchise in the world and the U.S.
