The waitress was unsure of what was gluten free and what wasn’t. Also the salsa tastes like tomato paste. The margaritas are great tho!

Flavorless. Salsa is nothing but tomato purée. Wet burrito is tasteless. Skip this place!

Ate their grouper fish tacos last week. Awful! There was almost no fish in the«meal» but there was plenty of bread coating for disguise. A waste of my money!

Most important thing to know about Hacienda — do not go expecting authentic Mexican. It isn’t, and doesn’t claim to be. Pro tip — when you go, ask for the green salsa. It’s free but they’ll only bring it if you ask. The ranch dressing is soooo good. Sounds silly, but they make it themselves, and it’s a must-order to dip your chips in. The salsa is basically tomato paste, but the green salsa is a spicy, citrusy bowl of heaven and the ranch is the perfect thing to cleanse the palate ;) My favs on the menu are the«three fresh tacos»(different than their regular taco), shredded chicken or pork chimichanga, the burrito combo with cheese soup, and the chicken fajita salad. People love the wet burrito, which is HUGE. The Taste of Hacienda is a great option if you can’t make up your mind. There are daily specials which are a good deal. You can get a super cheap lunch. When their many flavors of margaritas are on special, you can get a lot of those on the cheap, too.(They won’t get you drunk before you OD on sugar, but they’re pretty tasty!) Other positives are: — Great for large groups. — Fun for drunken adults but still kid-friendly.(Loud, casual, and decent kids’ menu) — Service is usually great. — Food usually comes out pretty fast, even when with a big group. — Unlimited chips are truly unlimited and if you eat them all up, they WILL immediately bring you more until you are too full to actually eat your meal.

Good isn’t bad but my issue is with the service. Did not keep drinks filled and waited so long for more cheese went cold.

The waitress Lisa was nice and friendly, we didn’t have to wait, fast service. The food was good and most important the bathrooms was clean… I had a nice time and will be back again.

I will go here occasionally with friends. It’s not my favorite. If I want mexican food then I would much rather go to Los Brovos. Can’t beat margarita Wednesdays.

Salsa and chips were better than previous visits. Skipped the traditional disappointing Wet Burrito and tried a steak Grande Quesadilla. I was actually really impressed. Huge portion. Served with really good guac and some mediocre pico. Not a big fan of Hacienda, compared to the other Mexican places in town, but this meal was the best I’ve had there. Went after church on Sunday with 19 total. Service was good and timely.

It was an alright selection for a Quick lunch. For $ 5 you really can’t go wrong. My tacos were fresh and everything seemed to be in order. Everyone in the restaurant working seemed to be cheerful and in a positive mood which was nice. The décor was dated but maybe that is the look they are going for. I would drop in again for lunch but probably not dinner. If it is within walking distance from your work it might be worth checking out.

Last Saturday we had a bachelorette party start off at this location and it couldn’t have been better. Claudia was our waitress and she was fantastic. No pressure on when everyone had to order and our drinks were always full. Glad we choose Hacienda for our get together.

Just sat down and already love it. Service staff are being exceptional. More to come on the food. But it’s been great in the past.

Food was excellent, wait times were pretty lengthy for the food. Our server Paula was awesome, and had a great personality! She was obviously doing everything she could to help us, but someone needs to work on the kitchen! Will go back to this location for her.

Meet with several friends for lunch. Place always seems dirty, however during this visit a cock roach crawled up the arm of one of my friends. Never will visit again.

Hacienda Restaurant is a fun place to meet your friends, The menu consist of many delicious choices of food, from your American standards of Cheeseburger and Fries to their famous wet burrito, sizzling fajitas, or if you just want some soup or salad, I recommend the White cheese and bean Dip as an appetizer, it complements their Chips and Salsa perfectly. They are also known for their Margaritas. A recent visit we were meeting family for a celebration and reservations had been made for 25, when we arrived, somehow the reservation had been lost. We were concerned because it was a busy night. But the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The were able to arrange last minute seating for us and made sure we were taking care of. Hats of to the staff for making our evening enjoyable.

Hacienda is Americanized Mexican food. I’ve never had a great meal there. If you’re looking for great Mexican food, I would suggest Los Portales or even Los Bravos for something that is more authentic with better food.

Meh… just meh, like the description of two-stars would indicate. The easiest way to judge a mexican restaurant is by the quality of the chips and salsa… with that said, the chips were ok, but I felt like I was dipping them in bland tomato paste. Essentially, the salsa leaves something to be desired. I had the Hacienda Wet Burrito… I was pretty good. It came with beans and rice. Like Shea B. said previously, the beans«look like dirty diaper». Rice seamed pretty tasteless as well. The burrito was fine though. A big to much sauce and queso for me though. Overall, the food seemed to be pretty«Americanized» watered down taste. I always love authentic mexican food that has quite a bit of spice, and I am not just saying spicey here. This food was bland!

Well, this is American-Mexican, with a huge emphasis on American. If you just want some cassual food and aren’t looking for anything authentic… and may actually wonder how it even is Mexican… come here, the food is good, price right, fun casual place
