Canvas and Conversation is a mobile Art Party. We come to your location and help you and your friends create a unique masterpiece. You choose your painting from our gallery or our artist can create a new one just for your party. The average party is 2 – 3 hours and includes set up and clean up and all the supplies you need to create your masterpiece.

History

Established in 2010.

Started by Ann and Greg Jones in 2010, Canvas & Conversation was sold in 2013 to local Evansville artist, Alena Kiefer who has made the company completely mobile. Alena travels to area businesses and venues to have fun paint parties. She also does private parties.

Business Owner

Alena is a 1998 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Art and Communications and holds a MFA from Indiana State University in Studio Furniture/​Woodworking. She has taught at the university level as an adjunct of Art since 2002 and has worked as a graphic designer in the print and publishing industry since 1998.
