Very horrible service at this location. We were told we would get a credit for switching our phones from Verizon. After several months and no credit we are now being told that we do not qualify for a credit and the customer service representative must have told us this in error. When we compared prices the credit factored into our decision to switch. The national att customer service did call us and gave us a $ 5/month discount. This location has done nothing to assist us. I would avoid this location if possible.

Horrible customer service! Representatives are very rude and make you feel like dirt if they are not getting commission from helping you. Don’t even think about coming in right before they close, they will make you feel like you’re the worst person in the world. Whining about how they don’t want to have to stay late. Not to mention they talk to you like they are geniuses and you’re the biggest idiot in the world. AT&T needs to start making their store reps just as accountable for their professionalism as the customer service reps over the phone!
