I went to see Dr Warner today and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! The office staff is so friendly, all smiling and helpful. The technicians are respectful and knowledgeable– not to mention patient and open to explaining things to you. The office itself is clean, and comfortable. Dr Warner the BEST Dr I have seen period. She explains everything, she is gentle and she has a wonderful bedside manner. I am a bit scared of doctors and she put me at ease. Hard to do! I am so grateful I found her and I will continue to sing her praises to friends and family. Thank you Dr Warner!

Finding a doctor with whom you feel comfortable is so important. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Warner’s for almost 15 years. Even though I’ve moved an hour away, she is still my doctor. She has been really helpful to me over the years and I will continue to see her for as long as she is practicing. The partners at her office also provide the same level of care and quality, in case she is not available. If someone is looking for a doctor that will take the time to listen and help with whatever is going on, Dr. Warner is a wonderful doctor and I recommend her with confidence.

I had a gynecologist I really like and trust, but my work schedule changed drastically and it wasn’t reasonable for me to get to his office for appointments any longer. Dr. Warner was much closer and had more availability in her schedule that worked for me. I had two appointments with her because I was due for my annual and also needed my IUD replaced. I think it is aways nerve-​wracking to meet a new Dr., but Dr. Warner was easy to talk to and I appreciated her kind, calm, intelligent, approach to my care. When I had my IUD placed last week, I was having really intense cramps because I have endometriosis (=cramps on steroids). I wasn’t expecting them to improve with the IUD (sometimes it takes a few months for a person’s body to sort things out with a new IUD) but they did! Also, I was terrified to get it placed (seriously: nightmares the week before because the first insertion was so painful) but the medicine that she had me take ahead of time plus the fact that she is so highly skilled and gentle to-​boot actually made it tolerable. I am totally happy with my new doc!

Dr. Warner has delivered both of my babies. The first one was a vaginal birth and the second was a c section. Both were relaxed and comfortable and we all laughed and joked during both. I couldn’t have been happier with our experiences. Also, Dr. Warner came in especially to deliver both of my girls when I was in labor even though she wasn’t the doctor on call. And the second one was at 1am ;) She’s a fabulous doctor who runs a great practice. I highly recommend her and her practice of phenomenal doctors if you’re looking for a new ob/​gyn!

I have been enjoying the services of Dr. Susan Warner and her staff for about fifteen years, and recently found out how they perform when you have a problem. My routine exams were all prompt and thorough, but when I started bleeding after menopause, it was cause for alarm. I called and was scheduled within a few days, asking for the first available time. The service and professionalism were truly outstanding. I had a brief exam in the office followed by an immediately available ultrasound and then a further exam of the uterus. This saved me from having to schedule a subsequent appointment. During these procedures the technician and the doctor explained what they were seeing, instead of treating me like a child. Then I was scheduled for a surgical procedure at the hospital. I felt stress leave my body as I realized what good hands I was in. At the procedure, everyone was professional and exuded medical expertise. All went well, and with an absolute minimum of worry and anxiety. I would fly back to Chicago, to see Dr. Warner, from quite a distance, if I needed further gynecological services. Once you get to the top, don’t keep shopping.

Dr. Warner has been my ob/​gyn for over 20 years. She delivered my first child 3 days after giving birth to her own baby, thereby fulfilling her promise to be there for me. And she’s been there for me ever since. Besides being a skilled physician, she is truly a good person. She answers any questions I have, remembers oh so many personal details, and never rushes through an appointment.
I recently had endometrial ablation on the advice of Dr. Warner and the procedure literally changed my life. It was quick, painless and I was up and about in no time.

Dr. Warner is my wife’s Doctor but I have had the pleasure of meeting her during my wife’s pregnancy. She is so wonderful. She always remembers personal things about us and previous conversations we have had. She made us feel so comfortable and she always answered our questions and even calls after hours to check in. Highly recommend.

Since my OB/​Gyn was unavailable, Dr. Warner was the oncall physician when I went into labor. She was very professional and friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. Since this was my firstborn and I already was nervous that he had flipped to breach at 35 weeks, she comforted me and throughout the whole process, talked me through it.
Overall, wonderful experience with Dr. Warner and my c-​section scar is finally fading but a minimal cut was much appreciated!

I highly recommend Dr. Warner – she’s very friendly, appointments are quick and informative, and she’s always happy to answer questions.
The staff is also really friendly, and the scheduling and billing process is always pretty smooth.
