Sam was a lifesaver! He helped me get out of a bad situation dealing with my lease. He gave me great advice and guided me through a very stressful situation. I was getting pushed around by my landlord because I didn’t fully understand my rights as a tenant but Sam put an end to that immediately and I came out on top. I’ve dealt with lawyers in the past that came of cocky didn’t seem to really listen to my needs, but that’s not Sam. I would highly recommend using him for your real estate or unemployment issues in Illinois or Michigan! I can’t thank him enough!

I called up Sam, and not only did he remember my name and my property, but he immediately knew which documents I needed. Without hesitation, he offered to scan and email me what I needed.
