We interviewed a few places and we decided to hire Progressive. They are The BEST!!! Over the years we have had other tree trimmers but Progressive is so much better. Their prices were good and their work was fantastic. Juan met with us and we discussed what we wanted done. Juan spent his time looking at the jobs we wanted done and talking to us with options and any concerns. They came by a week later conforming their arrival, and they were on time. They did an amazing job in removing my dying big Ash and other smaller trees. They also trimmed our other big trees — they look beautiful. Throughout the job they were always keeping us informed and were very accommodating to our requests/​concerns that day and adapted to our minor changes like one of the trees to be trimmed was also an Ash infected and they approached us and we discussed various options and added we also added a few more trimmings in minor areas. I would definitely hire them again and recommend you to hire them. They were on time and cleaned up everything beautifully. They are even finding us a replacement tree (contacting nurseries) — purchasing it, delivering it, and putting it in the hole saving us our time and how to transport the new trees. The are very knowledgeable in trees and take the time to talk to you. I am so so happy we went with Progressive. I have already rehired them to do more work and have passed their name on to my family and friends.

With the recent storm that came through the North Shore, our 100 year old willow tree experienced severe damage. A very large limb was broken and split across our neighbors yard and on top of our shed. I made many calls first thing in the morning and the first response was Juan from Progressive Tree. Juan told me that he would have a estimator out within an hour, which was done and in a thorough manner. In addition to resolving our core issue, he also mentioned that another tree should come down, as it was dead. We received a combine quote that was EXTREMELY reasonable. The work started an hour later and they wrapped the job in under four hours. (Both trees!) The clean-​up was exceptional and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Progressive Tree Service.

I needed a 75 foot Ash tree removed from my side lawn in prime storm season. I was worried this dead Ash tree was going to come trough my house on the next thunderstorm. I spoke to Juan and he met with me on my schedule to quote the tree removal.
I had received quotes from 2 other companies and Progressive was extremely competitive and fair. My priority was to have the tree removed as soon as possible, Progressive had a team out to remove the tree the next day. They were able to move there schedule around to fit my needs.
My neighbor had the same issue with 2 dead Ash trees in there lawn as well. They removed all the trees and logs from the yards within 5 and a half hours! Not only is Progressive fast and responsive but they are extremely professional as well.
I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know.

I hired this company to cut few of the large branches above my studio. I wanted to share how amazing of a job they have done! They cut the branches correctly on the right angle closest posible to main trunk. not only it looks good and also it is a clean sharp cut will heal easily thus protecting my at least 30 year old Elm tree. They also cleaned the site perfectly after. They are knowledgeable and very professional. Also very reasonable in pricing. Thank you Progressive Tree Services. You got my recommendation.
