For as long as he can remember, people have been confiding in Lightning-​from close friends to strangers in the supermarket line. People seek him out to talk about their problems. His unassuming nature and lop-​sided smile don’t reveal the deep well of wisdom and compassion that his friends and clients have come to know.

Lightning has a knack for seeing the best version of the future and helping others move toward it. He is a visionary and a motivator. He shares stories from his own journey, both the successes and the struggles, as he works with people. Lightning brings out the best in people while challenging them to be more. He is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and business owners, and celebrating their successes.

When he is not working with small business owners he is probably cooking with his wife, canoeing with a friend, working on the house, or playing with his two sons (who share a birthday).
