Love this location! The bread is always fresh and I can never get enough of the chips. The service is always friendly and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere even for a quick bite on the go!

I enjoy JJ’s sandwiches, chips and cookies. Every time I go to a JJ, the service isn’t that great. No one smiles or says thank you and they all seem like they hate their job. The staff at this location welcome and greeted me. I was so shocked that I had to tell them how I felt.

Fast, reliable, and consistently good. Just like the other shops in the chain, they deliver quickly and this location is centrally located in downtown Evanston. I had a very specific order with extras and they delivered on it perfectly.

Usually their service is great! When I need something fast and yummy, I go to them. However today I ordered through the app. a tuna sandwich, and while the picture was of a delicious looking sandwich, what I got was a tiny scoop of tuna and a weak looking sandwich. And when I say tiny, I mean tiny. Like literally, one bite of tuna. So disappointed.
