For the last 8 years Essence Healing has been helping people regain their health using NAET for allergies and acupuncture for healing the digestive and immune system. Acupuncture is also an amazing therapy for pain.

History

Established in 2005.

Essence Healing, LLC was founded by Dr. Carla Edwards to holistically treat the symptoms and underlying causes of disorders using centuries old acupuncture and herbal treatments and blending them with the 19^th and 20^th Century treatments of homeopathy, flower essences and NAET.

The ultimate goal of Essence Healing LLC is to teach patients about health and lifestyle balance and to treat people to maintain balance before they get sick, rundown or just as an injury or disorder occurs.

–Hundreds of patients have lived allergy free and are able to enjoy their life without restrictive diets using NAET.

–Pain was treated effectively using a strategy of acute symptom management, corrective treatment and maintenance.

Business Owner

Dr Carla Edwards was trained as a Research Scientist in medicinal chemistry obtaining an M.S. and Ph.D. in chemistry

and worked over a decade at Abbott Laboratories in pharmaceutical discovery. After a distinguished research career, Dr Edwards became fascinated with Chinese Medicine and the comparison with Functional Western Medicine. Dr Edwards completed a rigorous 3 year study of Chinese Medicine at the San Diego based Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and completed a residency in the International TCM Red Cross Hospital in Hangzhou China. Dr. Edwards is certified in NAET, Dr Tan method for pain and is active in the Society for Acupuncture Research and Birthlink. Dr. Edwards brings with every treatment an understanding of both Western and Holistic medicine unique to both the Western and Holistic fields.
