I’ve been coming to this bank for the past 2 years and they are awesome. Everyone is always super nice, especially the bank tellers. I always feel welcome and taken care of. I feel like they go out of their way to be friendly. I have both a checking and savings account with them, and I plan on being a customer of this branch for a long time. There are ATMs both inside and outside of the branch, but I prefer to go in for the great service!

We have been going here for 7 years and continue to get great service. They have always been very friendly and helpful with a variety of different things from setting up retirement funds, home loan accounts, savings accounts, cds, and best of all, they offer free notarizing so when we need documents notarized, we come here, such as when we had our wills drawn up.

I typically hate national banks’ local branches. I don’t really care for this one either, but the employees here are competent (though this isn’t saying anything they’re personable or anything).
I came here to close up a few accounts and consolidate some of my holdings and they did it without trying to sell me anything. That’s all I really ask for of any bank.

This is the best bank branch evarrr. I never once felt like jabbing someone or something with a tethered pen!
Go through the revolving doors and into the branch and the customer service manager –name withheld– is ready to greet you.
She solved my problem in record time. Awesome! We chatted about yoga and New Jersey. Only the strong survive.
Everyone I’ve talked to in this piece is not-​depressed, which is so rare for a bank branch. It’s big and they are expanding, so they have everything (like safe deposit boxes and whatnot). I think you’ll like it.
