Andy OnCall is a national franchise that came to Chicago in 2004. The goal was to bring professional organization management to a business that was previously a single guy working out of his truck. Our business model is to provide homeowners with skilled, dependable craftsmen to perform their home repair projects and remodeling. Because our craftsmen have more than 10 years of experience (many have more than 25 years of experience) you don’t have to call a painter, a carpenter, a plumber and an electrician –one craftsman can do it all. This saves you time and money. Our craftsmen are back ground checked, bonded and insured and we offer a one year warranty on most work. Our estimates are free! We have an «A+» rating with the Better Business Bureau and have received several «Super Service Awards» from Angie’s List.

I saw a need for a professionally managed business in the home repair area. I once had a home repair that I couldn’t take care of myself. I called 10 companies out of the yellow pages and didn’t get a single returned phone call. My time was too valuable to spend it begging companies call me.

There had to be a better way. Andy OnCall is the better way. During business hours we try to answer all phone calls. After hours we have an answering service with real people that answer the phones. If you leave us a message we promise to call you back by the next business day.

We have reliable craftsmen. I refer to my craftsmen as our «Grayhairs». Most all of them have more than 25 years of experience and have done all kinds of remodeling and home repairs. They are a great resource to serve you.

Because we offer a high level of service and very experienced craftsmen, we aren’t the cheapest home repair company, but most of our customers agree, we are a good value. Call us!
