Great option for fast food! I got a DELICIOUS sandwich here. It was a very comfortable place to sit in and eat. The staff were extremely friendly. I was very impressed.

Have been 2 times, both visits the chicken had no flavor, only the sauces. Fries are tasty.

I really enjoy this place. There defiantly isn’t a shortage of chicken places around Evans, and this is one of the few that I frequent. They make all their food there from the sauces, to marinating their chicken, to cutting their own fries. This is another one of those places that quality is exceptional. Their customer service is awesome too. If you like their Facebook page, you can get coupons or insider specials that they run from time to time. One time I got free tenders for just wearing brown shoes. Every time I go in there with my kids, we always get a free t-shirt from them. One time I went there for lunch with my girlfriends and one of their salad dressings tasted a bit«off» to them. The manager came over immediately and replaced her salad and even gave her some discount coupons. Because they make all their sauces and dressings there, they might have a few inconsistencies, which is fine with me in my book, that is how REAL food should taste. Great Quality, its kinda like they’re dedicated to it or something… ha ha. Of course, I will admit that when they first opened I thought PDQ meant Poultry Done Quickly.

**UPDATE** After my review PDQ reached out and apologized, which was the best thing ever for me. I Unilocal because I like sharing my experience so for a company to take it serious, is wonderful. I went today to PDQ for lunch less than an hour or so ago… I ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad with Caesar, Apples and Toffee and a Sprite. I was in the drive through window, anticipating another let down, however I wanted a healthy and fresh meal and when I think healthy and fresh I think Z’s and then PDQ. The young lady was pleasant, still not what I remember of the jovial interactions before. She procedurally welcomed me and asked what I would like to order. The second young lady was great. She was personable and even though our interaction was less than 2 minutes because PDQ is pretty darn quick… i remembered her interaction more then the order-taker. The salad was great. The first thing i noticed was that it only had about 6 pieces of chicken and they were about silver dollar size. The Caesar dressing was fresh and great. The Chicken was so wonderfully seasoned it was flavorful and juicy. It was what i remembered and why i was so eager to tell my dad when he came that we had to drive 30 minutes to this chicken place before they closed one night.

I was really excited to try PDQ as it had been touted as a Chick Fil-a type place… but was open on Sundays. So one Sunday we decided to give them a try. I got a salad, and the house made dressing tasted like sugar and maybe orange juice concentrate.(Still unsure what the weird taste was honestly.) and my boyfriend got tenders. My boyfriend didn’t finish his food, which is rare since he’s got a pretty big appetite. But the tenders were a little under cooked and a strange color. We’ll stick to somewhere else, or just grab burgers at Five Guys next time we want to grab something fast! *Edited to add: The staff was beyond friendly, it was the food that was lacking.

I can’t lie I was totally impressed at this place, from the food all the way down to the service. I think this place has got it right!!! My first time here was for a Unilocal event and they rolled out the red carpet for our crew!!! Everything was perfect and done so professionally. I haven’t been back again because I’m hardly in the area but when I am I’m definitely checking this place out again!!! My only complaint is the fries. They are cut really skinny and makes it difficult for you to enjoy a whole fry being that they are so thin, and fried kind of hard. It’s almost like a potato stick without the crunchiness. That’s my only complaint with this place other than that everything else is great. I still have a milkshake coupon I have to use and that will be great on a hot Georgia summer day!!!

Came here on a Saturday during lunch and expected it to be super crowded and busy. It was indeed crowded but I got my food quickly and the staff was beyond courteous. I always order the chicken salad with the dressing mixed in and I swear this is the best thing ever. If I lived in Evans I definitely would frequent this place more often!

If Five Guys did chicken tenders and salads instead of hamburgers, it’d be a PDQ. We don’t have one of these around my Atlanta stomping grounds, but we stopped in while visiting friends over the weekend and I have to say, this place rocks. The tenders are delicious. The fries give the tenders a run for the money. And the milkshakes are the bomb. Hopefully PDQ will come to the Atlanta burbs soon, but you can bet if they don’t, I’ll be back next time I’m down Augusta way.

Love that this place uses better ingredients and has made from scratch dressings. The buffalo chicken sandwich is great and the hand cut fries dipped in ranch or honey mustard are delicious. I haven’t tried one, but I know the milkshakes are very popular as well. I love that they have green tea as an option. Lots of good menu options here and great service.

This is the first place we think of when we want chicken tenders and fries. Their homemade sauces are delicious. I usually get the sweet heat and creamy garlic. I just like that every thing on the menu tastes like it was made that morning. Their chicken caesar salad is pretty great, as well. I like how clean the inside of the restaurant is and even has a little station to wash your hands that is not inside the restrooms. The fresh squeezed lemonade is pretty delicious, as well!

This place is really great for a quick in and out. I have a gluten allergy and their menu can accommodate that. The restaurant itself is spotless and spacious and the staff are polite and appear to be genuinely friendly.

The first time I ate here I tried the turkey sandwich. The exprience was nice but the sandwiche was not. Today I tried the chuck3n tenders and now I know what makes this place special. The chicken tenders are great.

When I think of People Dedicated to Quality(PDQ), I picture fast service and crispy, moist chicken tenders at an adorable price. When I say affordable, I mean 50% off every 1st Monday if you’re military. That’s right, I’m talking at least $ 20 in savings for a small family. For everyone who is not military you still receive the same quality food, at the normal pricing. — Fast friendly service — Quality made-to-order food — Hand-breaded chicken tenders — Fresh squeezed lemonade — Fresh-cut fries — Homemade signature sauces — Hand-spun milkshakes During my visit, I was in the midst of chaos on the 1st Monday of the month with a packed house. They still managed to move the line along and clear tables at a fast speed. The menu is pretty straight forward with either chicken tenders or chicken tenders on bread(sandwiches) so ordering is rather simple. There are some menu extras like caramel apples preserved in pineapple sauce and fresh squeezed lemonade that help set PDQ apart from other«chicken tender shops.» I know what you’re thinking, «Why can’t I just buy some frozen chicken tenders at Costco and eat at home?» You can! It just won’t be as delicious, I promise. The ingredients at PDQ are fresh, most of the prep is done the same day by hand and you just can’t duplicate the taste from the freezer section. I went in and ordered a table full of food for two. I picked up a 5-piece chipotle BBQ chicken tender meal($ 9.29) with fresh squeezed lemonade and fresh-cut fries. I couldn’t stop there and ordered a Spicy Buffalo Tenders meal($ 4.29) and a large Heath milkshake. Watch out for dripping sauce with the sandwich, you’ll be swimming in it like Michael Phelps! By the end, I was bursting at the seams and my only disappointment was the fries. Only half of the fries were edible and the other half were overcooked bits and ends. I think it might have been a side effect from the packed restaurant. Make sure to stop by PDQ and give them a try. The owner of PDQ was also the co-creator of Sizzler Steak House.

First time eating there and I will say this is one of the cleanest fast food establishments I have been in for quite some time. The food was good and a bit above other places such as Zaxbys and Ragin Cajun. If you get the strips like I did try the creamy garlic. I give four stars for the cleanliness and the food is good but nothing that will make you go out of your way for.

I am crazy passionate about buffalo chicken… sandwiches, nuggets, wings, pizza etc. and having never had PDQ before, I was skeptical about a restaurant having nothing but chicken on the menu. I can only review their buffalo chicken sandwich which is simply amazing! The chicken strips are juicy, battered, tossed in just enough sauce(and blue cheese) and complemented with a big fluffy egg bread bun. Oh my gosh, my mouth waters as I write about it now. I miss their apple pie milkshake but their holiday mint milkshake is like their answer to peppermint hot chocolate. I get PDQ when I feel like I’ve had a particularly good day jogging with the dog and it’s proximity to the dog park is super helpful. I’ve only had one tiny issue once many weeks back and the manager stepped up way above and beyond to the point of embarrassment. I’m always blown away by the food, the presentation and the service. I need more excuses to go to PDQ-it’s worth the miles of jogging. 61⁄2014

It’s so nice to have Unilocal friends in Augusta who loves to check out new places. Since I don’t live here, I rely on their reviews and their honest opinions on the hot spots. Like for instance, this place. PDQ, which stands for People Dedicated to Quality, is a fast casual restaurant specializing in fresh hand-battered chicken tenders, made-to-order sandwiches, daily cut fries, hand-spun milkshakes and fresh salads. I’ve done the researched before I dined in and it’s a fast food chain that has locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. Since I love chicken tenders, I wanted to check out their hand breaded/signature spice blend and compare it to my other favorite chicken joint, Zaxbys. My mom and I came here for lunch(during lunch rush). You walk in, place your order, give your name, pick a table, they call your name and you pick up your food. Easy, right?! I got the Crispy Chicken Salad($ 7.45 with a beverage) which is the fried chicken tenders(cut into chunks), mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, and mixed cheese. Dressing Honey mustard(already tossed in the salad). My mom ordered the 4 piece Crispy Meal which is the hand breaded tenders and fries(you can choose a side of blueberry coleslaw or hand cut fries) for $ 8.29 with a beverage. We found a table and I got our drinks at the beverage station and as I turned around, our food was already ready! That was less than 5 minutes! Impressive(our meals were hot/fresh)!!! WOW! I really loved my salad. The mixed greens are fresh and the amount of dressing was just right(not saturated and lettuce not drowning in the dressing). The tenders had great taste, loved the seasoning. For the price, you get what you pay for. You get a good amount of food. The iced tea is also freshly brewed. My mom really loved her meal. Her chicken tenders were on steroids! They were freaking huge! What I liked the most is the hand cut fries which was hot and had great flavor(shoestring fries). It would be hard to choose which chicken joint I like. I love Zaxby’s signature sauce, and I love PDQ’s seasoning on the chicken. Both are awesome. Bottom line, I will return. I would like to try their burgers next time I dine in. Pricing reasonable, employees friendly/efficient, restaurant/bathrooms clean, and easy access for parking. They also have a drive thru section and a station to wash your hands if you don’t need to go to the restroom. Here are some facts I would like to add: –Currently for the holidays, if you buy $ 50.00 in gift cards, you get $ 10.00 gift card free! –They cater for events/parties –Half off all shakes everyday from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. A great addition to Augusta and a must try.

They could rename this place PDA for pretty darn AWESOME! I would not consider this fast food, but fast-casual. Very fast service and even at 8 on a weeknight the chicken tenders and fries tasted like they had been freshly made. Their homemade sauces are delicious. The fresh cut fries were great and the hand breaded tenders outstanding! They have a very nice atmosphere and even have a hand washing station near the drink machines. A lot of nice touches make this a go to restaurant anytime you want chicken!

I finally made it to PDQ. My sister and I are always hungry. Lol! We wanted to try a place that we’ve never been to. And since PDQ was right around where we were when hunger struck, they were the choice. Immediately, loved the ambiance. We went in on Tuesday around 2pm. It was pretty crowded, but the staff moved everyone through very quickly. The menu selections are straight to the point. I had a salad, fresh cut fries and a cookie. My sister had the chicken sandwich and fries. We loved it. The fries were hot and the food was out less than 5 minutes after placing the order. The restaurant is spacious, lots of light. We sat in a booth by the window and had a great view of the restaurant. They have a sunroom or an area off the main dining area that looks like it could be used for large parties. They also have a drive-thru, which I will likely be utilizing for a quick fry run. Overall, loved the food and experience. Check it out.

Decent for a fast food place. They had plenty of workers. The dining area was clean. I really like the way they designed the inside as well. I ordered a crispy chicken salad with ranch. The chicken is VERY good. Very juicy and the crispy part is is very tasty. My husband got the grilled chicken tenders combo with fries. The fries were really good but sadly I didn’t get to taste the chicken tenders b/c he inhaled them. Guess that means they were good! He was a little disappointed by the sauce selection. I think b/c he is really picky and they didn’t have anything he liked. Not even regular BBQ. You don’t have to chipolte, spice or garlic up everything. All in all, we had a great dinner, We would go back for sure. I like how the food is fast but it is a bit lighter/healthier than other drive thrus. The parking lot is a bit small and hard to navigate… so be prepared! P.S 50% for Military with Military ID or in uniform every first MOnday!
