Hispanic food, sandwiches, soups and pastries. Empanadas, sorullitos, rellenos de papa, pasteles, alcapurrias, bebidas hispanas. Quesitos, guava pastries, bavarian crème pastries, yellow plantains, tostones. We have partner with A Lo Boricua, and we serve white, yellow rice, beans, fried and roasted chicken, pork chops, pork, corned beef, cube steak, endless possibilities of flavorful cuisine from the caribean.

History

Established in 2013.

We decided to bring to Evans Mills good food and a cultural experience. We want to make our café the place to stop in Evans Mills. Our area is know as a pass through town for hunting, fishing and other recreational activities. Now it will be known for the place that you can enjoy a complete and flavorful culinary experience. We are working on creating a full service meeting place that is simply elegant and affordable to conduct business. We value our soldiers and enjoy providing excelent service with the Island Smile. We love the North Country and love Puerto Rico now we have both in the same place. A reason to stop in Evans Mills

Business Owner

Native of the Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, been living in the North Country for the past 19 years. Pan de Vida is a little piece of the puertorrican cuisine showcasing authentic homemade puertorrican bread and pastries. Personal creations in sandwiches, apetizers and amazing desserts, like fried ice cream, fried cheesecake and new creations. I love to spend time with people and enjoy seen them experiencing new flavors and become family through food.
