I pulled up around breakfast time and the drive-through lane looked long. I figured I’d park and go inside instead. I went inside and there was one customer in line ahead of me who never got helped. I waited about eight minutes and then decided to get back in my car and go through the drive-through. I got in line at the drive-through and waited another six minutes at the end of the line which never moved. I backed up and left. Clearly they were busy, but a greeting or some acknowledgment of the waiting customers’ presence would have been nice.

Staff is extremely rude, including the manager. He just stands there and lets it happen. This place looks nice on the outside, but it’s a dump on the inside. I left after being treated like shit by Felicia. Bye Felicia.

Arrived at dinner time. Did fine on our order. Restaurant was filthy inside and out, bathroom included. May have been short-handed. Found a receipt on a dirty table from 4 hours earlier.
