Best pawn shop in California! well, at least Humboldt county… and they have a plaque to prove it! I go in quite frequently because there are always new deals hitting the showroom floor. Great employees who understand good customer service. 6⁄5 stars if i could.

This place is freaking awesome. I had been diamond hunting for several days in jewelry stores both in the Bay Area and in Eureka.
I visited one jewelry store this afternoon and explained what I was looking for. In order to meet my tight budget as well as time crunch the owner very thoughtfully suggested I check out the local Pawn Shops since they carry loose diamonds. Now I had never been into a pawn store before so I didn’t have a clue what to expect.
Wow!!! What a find! This store is nice, & clean, with an awesome selection of stunning jewelry at fantastic prices. The people at the counter are super friendly and professional. I ended up getting two absolutely gorgeous high quality stones at half the price of the 4 jewelers who quoted me for similar pieces. I am on cloud 9 and feeling so happy. Thank you Rus and staff.

AWESOME SALES GUY
I totally don’t remember our sales guy’s name but I wish I did. Younger, kinda cute, tattoos maybe? I can’t remember… Not only did he get us a good price on jewelry (necklace for me) and a watch for husband (who forgot to pack one, and heaven forbid his wrist be naked a couple of days!), but Mr. Friendly Sales Rep also answered our touristy questions.
As passerbys just driving through town, we had seen this place the night before after checking in to our hotel but they were already closed. After a night at the casino we decided to drop in before finding breakfast and moving on our way. He suggested eating on the pier in Trinidad, about half an hour away. That was the best advice we received on the trip!
The store itself is large and seems pretty well-​organized. A good variety of items! It was really fun to walk around, even though we didn’t stay very long. Pawn shops are pretty fun. But I leave all haggling to my husband — he’s much better at it than I.

I went in looking for a camera because my favorite one broke. They folks in there were helpful, friendly and found me exactly what I needed. My daughter even found a bunch of DS games at a great price which kept her busy on the 5 hour trip back to the Bay Area. This place was clean, well organized, had a great variety of stuff. Tools, musical instruments, jewelry, DVD’s, bikes, lawn mowers, cameras, guns. The employees were cheerful and well informed. I’ll be back.
