Lovvve A1! The crew is super friendly and helpful. Got my carpets cleaned while moving out and Phil was extremely nice, and quick, and efficient! They got me an appointment right away which was nice, and worked around my schedule. Fair prices even a college student like myself could afford. The only carpet cleaning business I’ll be using from now on!

Manager/​owner explained the situation and it was more understandable. Since I never had their cleaning services I can’t speak to that but I had originally chosen this place because of the stellar reviews, so mine was most likely an isolated experience.

A1 is the only cleaning company I use! I have had several different employees out to my house to wash my windows, and clean my carpets. They do excellent work! They may not be the cheapest cleaning company in town, but they are the best!

Would never recommend this company. They are over priced! We needed a cleaning service for a move out. Our neighbors had used them a year ago and at that time they charged $ 425 for a small 3bd/2.5ba townhouse (we live in the exact same size house). We thought that was high but we’re willing to pay that to not have to worry about cleaning and a move with an infant and toddler. We had them come for an estimate and 2 days later they sent us a quote for $ 975!!! We were shocked to say the least! When I called the company to make sure it wasn’t a mistake the lady said that it probably wouldn’t be that much but that they need to allocate enough time. Still I wasn’t in any way ever going to agree to those high prices, so I emailed the person in Charge of estimates. She claimed they lost money on the service they provided to my neighbors and that’s why our estimate was so high and also that it most likely wouldn’t be $ 975. Yeah, NO WAY! They are scammers! They wanted $ 40/​hr and claimed that they would need 7 hours for a 2.5 bath! I’m so glad they were so ridiculous because we found a more reasonable cleaning company, in Arcata cleaning company who is cleaning our house for $ 210 and that’s what she estimated would be the maximum. A-​1 not only lost my business but 4 other families!!! I doubt anyone in the coast guard will use them because I’ve told all my friends how ridiculous they were!

Excellent service! I was unable to be there for my carpet cleaning appointment. A1 had no problems making arrangements with me, I dropped off a key at their office and made payment over the phone. They were very punctual, called me the day before to remind me, and let me know again when they were on tsite and when they were done. Everything went perfectly smooth and they are totally reliable. And the carpets! I didn’t have much hope for the areas of the house with older carpets, and this place had been a rental. They came out spotless and odor free! And a little less than their original quote! I’d recommend A1 to everyone.

Great service and the carpets look great but what really earned them 5 stars is what they advised me NOT to do. I really appreciated the frank and upfront feedback that some of the carpets in our new house were simply beyond saving and cleaning was not going to get rid of the smell of the previous tenants and their animals. It’s great to work with people that care about service and aren’t just trying to sell sell sell. We definitely will use them anytime we need carpet cleaning.

Today is the second time I’ve had Roger of A-​1 Cleaning Services come to my home to clean my carpets. Obviously I like their work. Roger is extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. As a matter of fact, today was supposed to be his day off but he still agreed to clean my carpets.
I first found A-​1 Cleaning Services when the carpet cleaning company that I originally called to clean my carpets failed to show up, that company was Carpet Wizard. I had prepared my home the night before, moving furniture and everything associated with getting the best bang for my buck and when the day came Carpet Wizard was a no-​show so I called A-​1 Cleaning and they hooked me up with Roger who came that same day. I was so pleased by his work and professionalism that I am from now on using A-​1 Cleaning.
Roger is just about done, my carpets look awesome!!!

Will has built a state of the art cleaning business with a singular focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE… They have fulfilled all conditions of satisfaction on a regular basis — BUT, where they shine is in a pinch. We have had several last minute «emergencies» that have put A-​1 to the test – Which they have passed with flying colors… EVERY TIME. 5 stars — oh yea!
