We stop in here every time we visit Eureka Springs. They have a huge selection of hot sauces and a great staff who will help you pick just what you are looking for. Don’t have any clue what you want? They are more then happy to provide samples of a variety of items. Our favorite… the candied jalapeños. Serve them up on a cracker with some cream cheese for a spicy, sweet appetizer. It’s a little on the pricy side so they get 4 stars instead of 5 but we will keep coming back when we’re in town.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everytime I am even close to the area I stop in here. The owners are very helpful and can recommend items that are great. They do samples of the sauces and I have left there every single time with sweat coming down my face from the sauce. Great store for any sauce lover.

This place was awesome! Very friendly staff and lots of tasty samples – wanted to buy so much! This was the first time I’ve ever visited Silly Chile but it won’t be the last – it’s now a must stop and I’m recommending it to everyone who is going to visit Eureka.

I found this place with my BF’s mom & I loved it! They got me hooked on this sweet jalapeño jam that they were sampling with crackers & cream cheese! The owners were wicked friendly & fun. I am definitely coming back!

On my visit to Eureka Springs I was happy to find a place with fresh limeades! When I ordered 4 limeades totaling over $ 10, the owner was sure to inform me that she would lose money on my transaction if I used my debit card. I had no cash and she was very irritated. Although I felt this was a rude reaction, I told her to not worry about the limeades and we would be on our way. She proceeded to make the limeades anyway (and swiping my debit card) while lecturing me to bring cash or check next time. There will be no next time.

I think they must have every spice and hot sauce you can imagine!
The staff is very nice and helpful. We tried about six new item samples (I came home with some too!)
Great store, great merchandise. They even sell online— so glad! I’ll be buying from home!
They also make great Cherry Limeades in house and offered a fantastic recipe to go along with a glaze I purchased!
I’ll be going back if we’re ever back in town and may have to hide the credit card when I look at their online store!

This place has nearly every kind of hot sauce and salsa you’d ever want or desire. They even have several other hot and spicy themed items such as popcorn, nuts, and yes, even spicy chocolate.
This is the only place I’ve been able to find several salsas. It’s also a great place to shop for gifts. Unfortunately, the only detractor is that it’s kind of pricey.

Huge hot sauce selection. This is not just a novelty store, but a great place for people who love spicy food. There are lots of samples, and other spicy options (hot popcorn, syrups, chips, etc.). The owners are knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

This store in downtown Eureka Springs sells spices, meat rubs, BBQ sauce, and other similar products. Decent place to find gifts for «Dirty Santa» or «White Elephant» parties, or to find a good steak seasoning. Nothing special.
