Eureka Sweets

I had been trying to get this woman to make my wedding cake. I am having a destination wedding in Eureka Springs, therefore cannot be there in person to talk to her. I tried calling with no answer numerous times. I emailed her and it took her two weeks to reply to my email. I sent her photos of cake designs I liked and asked her if that would be possible. Took her another two weeks to email me back and then she told me that she couldnt do that kind of cake because she didn’t know how. Okay well that’s fine if your skill level isn’t up to that level yet. whatever. so I started looking at other cakes. Sent her more designs. IT TOOK HER THREE MONTHS TO RESPOND TO ME. I moved on and found another bakery to make my cake. and I get this email from her today after three months of no response from her. And she tells me that she cannot commit to my cake because of unforseen circumstances. I understad having problems or something comes up but seriously. You do not wait three months to message me back about it. If something had come up, she should have emailed or called me within a week at most. She is very unprofessional. I don’t even know why this place is in business if they don’t care about customers business.
