We offer lakefront cabins and suites on Beaver Lake just eight scenic miles west Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Secluded and romantic, our luxuriously appointed vacation cottages have everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Rest or adventure along the shores of the lake which are framed by the Ozark Mountains.

Fishing, boating, swimming or hiking, the resort is designed to meet your every need be it fun or recuperation. All our accommodations come with a two person jacuzzi, native stone fireplaces, custom beds with high end mattresses, large HDTVs, extravagant shower facilities with body sprays, and well stocked kitchens.

We work with several, carefully vetted service providers in the area and can arrange for masseuses or a private chef to come to your room or a fishing guide for adventures on either Beaver Lake of the White River. Alternately, our lake facilities include a heated, indoor fishing room, a floating sun deck and covered picnic area, boat slips, boat rentals, and use of our complimentary pedal boats, canoe and kayaks.

Business Owner

Together with my partner, Cindra F, we have over 45 years experience in the hospitality industry. We love to travel and it is our number one priority to treat you as we would want to be treated while on the road. Everyone who works at BLC understands this commitment and we look forward to being the backdrop for your best getaway ever.

Raised in a small farm town in Texas, I took a wild ride through Cambridge, MA graduating from Harvard with a degree in computer science asubsequently working in the banking industry until 1991. Thanks to the S&L bailout, I was able to invest in real estate until 2003 at which point I moved to Eureka Springs and met Cindra who had been either marketing or managing the major hotels in the city for 30 years.

We teamed up and built BLC from scratch in 2004, quite literally logging the trees to make way for the road. Since then it has been our pleasure to host over 20,000 guests and counting in this wonder slice of heaven on the shoreline of Beaver Lake

We just spent a weekend at this place. It was a fantastic view, very nice suite, private balcony, huge jacuzzi tub. Basically everything you could want. It’s the perfect distance from Eureka Springs. We didn’t want to leave today. Staff was nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back. Beware of the squirrels. Just saying.

just wrapping up our weekend here, and let me start off by saying I don’t want to leave our cozy little lodge suite aaaanytime soon. usually, by this point I am ready to head home… but this really does feel like a home away from home! it’s (just keeping it real) a pretty creepy drive down the gravel road to the office and lodge, but like other readers have stated– once you open your door, your expectations are exceeded. my husband and I have loved every amenity beaver lakefront has had to offer, and have reeeeally enjoyed all the movies and games to choose from! you can watch a movie while taking a soak in the tub, and the view from the rooms are just outstanding. it’s nice to be a little bit away from all the hustle and bustle of touristy downtown, yet still fairly close to so many neat things to do! the office staff is super nice and helpful, and they have made our stay really easy. id love to return to this special place one day! it’s been such a wonderful 1 year anniversary getaway!

This place exceeded all of my expectations. Our cabin had the feel of a luxury hotel suite and at the same time provided the seclusion and rustic ambiance that you would expect from a cabin nestled in the mountains. Our view overlooking the lake was breathtaking. Every evening a raccoon, whom my wife and I affectionately named Cheyenne, would show up on our balcony railing and have a snack out of the humming bird feeder. After perusing the past guests’ comments in the guestbook in our cabin, it seems like everyone that visits has an amazing time. So many people wrote that they felt the presence of the Lord there; I wanted mention in my own entry that Cthulhu definitely lives in that lake and that the Old Ones shall crawl up from its depths, but my wife absolutely refused to let me do it, so I’m doing it here.

My husband and I stayed there for part of our honeymoon, then returned for our first anniversary. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It’s quiet and serene and you will feel like the rest of the world is far away. The cabins are fully furnished with everything you could want. The Jacuzzi over looking the lake was perfect. There is a flat screen TV, remote control fireplace, full kitchen with full sized appliances and coffee supplies, as well as cooking utensils. The staff is great too. You will get the same kind of housekeeping service you could expect from a hotel, not a cabin. Waking up to the lake view is just breathtaking. If you do want to venture out, there is plenty to do! The hubby and I loved the complimentary kayaks. There are also boats available for rental and all of the fishing gear you would need! My sweetie caught his first crappie and was pretty proud of himself. Everything about Beaver Lake was absolutely perfect an we are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Driving down the «gravel road of lowered expectations» toward the cabins and suites at Beaver Lakefront Cabins, your heart sort of sinks in your chest as you think, «This can’t be good.» But once you open the door to your cabin, you will be blown away by the details. This place was done RIGHT. Coffee? There are beans and a grinder. Fireplace? Remotely controlled. HDTV? Directv with ultra sharp picture and the easiest remote you ever did saw. Jacuzzi looking over the lake? You got it. Pretty much all the utensils and appliances you would need on a vacation.
The folks in the office (David in particular) are extremely helpful. We got some good recommendations on restaurants (try Local Flavor in town). We rented a boat for the day and were offered a picnic basket, which we declined because we planned on eating lunch at Starkey Marina (note; unless you really like convenience store pizza, pack a lunch).
The wildlife awaits just outside your glass door. Literally. Around sunset, every night a pack (officially a «gaze») of raccoons crawled up on our deck and scoured the place for any dropped table crumbs. A few even peered into the living room. Deer prance through the brush, hummingbirds hover right up to the feeder mere feet away, and cicadas and crickets and frogs vie for the title of loudest mating call.

This place is AWESOME! My husband and I stayed there for five nights and loved every minute of it. The private lakefront cabins face the lake and one wall is made almost entirely of glass, the view was absolutely gorgeous. The cabins are stocked with everything you could possibly need or want, you just bring the food/drinks. We cooked several meals out on the grill on our deck and enjoyed the beautiful view. We had our morning coffee on the screened-in porch and watched all the wildlife. There is a jacuzzi built into the glass wall, so you can even enjoy the view while you soak in a bubble bath. The hydro-massage shower is enormous. There is an xbox, dvd player, basic cable, flat screen television with surround sound, stereo and a fire place. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the entire cabin and grounds are spotless and tasteful. There are plenty of books and movies that you can rent from the front office. They can arrange for a professional chef to come cook for you in your cabin, and you can also have a massage therapist come to your cabin. If you choose to leave your cabin (but trust me, it’s tempting not to) there is plenty to do. We took one of their boats out, did some indoor fishing, and visited historic downtown. We also spent a few hours on the swim deck just enjoying the sun and feeding two ducks that recently decided to call the place home. I cannot say enough about how beautiful Eureka Springs is this time of year, staying in the Ozark Mountains is a perfect way to spend a fall week. Downtown Eureka Springs is an interesting little place that is fun and totally worth visiting. The people who work at the cabins are wonderful and you can really tell they want you to enjoy your stay, no detail is left out. We really enjoyed ourselves, and we will be back.
