Never had a problem until I moved out. (Of course ;)
Things you should know.
1. $ 400 pet FEE is NOT a deposit. Covers nothing. Just a meaningless FEE and you are charged pet rent on top of the FEE.
2. When you move out you will be charged for silly things like replacing drip pans that cost $ 3. (But they charge you $ 20)
3. They charge you for damage to carpet they are replacing, even if the carpet is old. (Damage meaning a fee for EACH stain)
4. They charge you for a full months use of water upon move in and move out. Regardless of the date you moved in.
5. Pet carpet cleaning fees are much higher than I have seen elsewhere. $ 250.
6. Your rent will start out low, but of course goes up. To the tune of $ 100 a month each year.
7. The gates are always broken and open. Not a secure complex.
So basically if you have a pet, do not move here unless you like paying ridiculous charges.

Very nice apartment complex, great value especially compared to other apartments in the area, the staff does an amazing job fixing issues or dealing with service requests immediately! My AC went out at 5 and was perfect by 12. I’ve spent three years here and the only complaint I have is that they keep increasing rent each year, but it seems like they should have an incentive or something positive for the loyal residents that always pay on time.

In my personal opinion. this is The most godforsaken excuse for a place to have to live. On par with the 6th circle of hell with minions and under lords as unfeeling and unmerciful toward all who are unfortunate enough to make the grave mistake of signing their death warrant or rather their lease here. Homeless feral cats reproduce here and do so at an alarming rate and no one will call anyone to catch the cat who is continually dropping baby kittens from her womb only to have more over and over. Residents are harassed for finding the unfortunate babies and trying to keep them from being eaten by the local wildlife
or from perishing in the elements or calling rescue groups to try and save these unfortunate creatures. Apartment is expensive and service is abysmal with an über hostile responses from manager and untrained and highly unprofessional staff, IMO.

I’ve been at the Mandolin for 3 years now and I LOVE IT! the office staff is really nice and the maintenance guys are always fast to fix any issues you have. I love the monthly brunches they have for all the residents, they have a CHEF that comes out and cooks for us. It’s delicious! Def worth every penny I pay for my rent.

Standard as far as apartments go. Garages connected to the unit a plus. also additional covered parking. Gated. Trees. Patio decent size for a couple chairs and table or a sofa. Layout is good with master split away from the other bedrooms. A bit thin in the walls/​celings. Nothing intolerable though.
