Very disappointed with the management decisions of this property. Serious drainage issue at my unit, sprinklers cause a big mess making it impossible to walk off the patio. Tenants in the building use their balcony to partake in their drug of choice. Attempted to request a transfer to another unit; was told 60 day notice required and $ 500 transfer fee. Unfortunate decision, I’ll be curious to see how the new management company responds. Needless to say I will be moving from here to another location that is managed by a more reasonable leasing agent. Not surprised that the occupancy retention of this property is declining. I do not recommend this property.
