Kwik Kar

I continue to bring both my car and wife’s to this Kwik Kar. Fast, friendly service from people I trust. Once in a while, I doublecheck, which was the case this morning. Saw that I had an extra charge for basic oil. Called and spoke to Tony. He pointed out my Camry doesn’t take 5 qts, it takes 6.4.
He probably told me this years ago but I had forgotten. Somewhat embarassing for me but what the heck, there are probably worse customers than me! lol
Great place run by great people with fair prices. Doesn’t get any better than this.

This place gets an A+. I stopped in to get my car inspected, just because I was passing by and late on my inspection… and I will definitely be coming back! I normally use an oil change place closer to my house, but the guys who run that one are total jerks. NOT this place! I had my tired three year old with me, and ended up having to call for my insurance cards (because the last place — the one with the jerks — «forgot» to give them back to me after I decided not to do my inspection there).
I just can’t say enough nice things. The guys here bent over backwards to help me, didn’t make things hard because I didn’t have the insurance cards, and they were extremely polite and professional. Not to mention patient with my toddler, who was up past his nap-​time and kept trying to interrupt and being totally unruly while I was distracted!
They also have a glass repair business there, and they fixed two cracks in my windshield at no cost to me. My insurance covered it, and they did all the work to get the approval from the insurance company.
The place is clean, air conditioned, with a tv and plenty of chairs, tables, a coffee machine with flavored coffees… etc.

I absolutely love this place! They will wash your windows and vacuum out your car at no additional cost. They always check the levels on your windshield fluid, brake, and power steering fluid. You name it. they check it! They are really looking out for their customers. I do not get my oil changed at any other place.

We showed up right before they were about to close, and he still changed our oil. Other places might have said «We don’t have time», but he didn’t. They were very speedy, and the oil is very good. We drive 20 minutes out of the way to take our car here.
