We accept most major insurances including medicare and secure horizons. The practice encompasses all aspects of plastic surgery including care of skin cancers (including «Mohs”-type excisions) and reconstruction, congenital problems, scar revisions, breast reconstruction, excision of moles, masses, etc., hand surgery including carpal tunnel, workman’s comp injuries, acute injuries (lacerations, etc.), cosmetic surgery including breast augments, abdoninoplasties, face lift, etc. Dr. Lugger is on the staff of various hospitals and surgery centers including, THR HEB, Baylor Regiona Medical Center at Grapevine, Plaza Medical Center in Ft. Worth, Ft. Worth Surgery Center, North Hills Medical Center, and Southwest Surgical Hospital

Dr. Lugger is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who received his medical degree and plastic surgical training at the Ohio State University, also additional training in ENT. Dr. Lugger is board certified by the American Bd of Plastic Surgery, and The American Bd of Otolaryngology, and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, Texas Society and Ft Worth Society of Plastic Surgeons, Texas Medical Association and the Tarrant Co Medical Society (Past President of N.E. Branch)
