Updated Review: I still haven’t used this company but I do want to point out that I received a very nice email from Tia because I called her to tell her my experience. She offered that her husband come out and take care of my needs and offered a small discount. If I do use them in the future I will ensure that ONLY the owner comes out to my house.
Initial Review:
When I first called I spoke with one of the owners, Tia, and she was very nice. She arranged for someone to come to my house a few days later.
When that man showed up I had a list of everything that needed to be fixed. He walked around taking pictures. He didn’t have any comments and acted like he didn’t know how to screw in a lighbulb.
I even mentioned a air filter vent cover that I needed turned around and I was too short to reach with a step stool. He took a picture of it! Seriously! It’s an 8 foot ceiling, and all I needed was the tabs flipped and vent turned. I told him if he was going to «quote» me for taking the 10 seconds it takes to do that then I was dealing with the wrong company!
He left and said he’d ask the company to quote it ASAP since I’m trying to put the house on the market… here it is 5 days later and NOT A PEEP from that company.
I called and spoke with Tia asking where the quote was and she didn’t know but said she’d follow up on it. I told her not to bother.
I have not used this company but based on my experience and interaction with the non-handyman that came to my house I can not recommend them!
