What an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! Tony, the mechanic who helped me is absolutely informed & enlightened with his mechanics. His lovely secretary Penny; is a well educated and endearing woman who makes sure you’re well addressed & heard. I was told to go here by so many friends& family members. I didn’t listen at first… Being taken advantage of with your car is unpleasant as well as invasive. This was the best decision I’ve made for my car! Thank you so much all at Transmission Solutions

Transmission Solutions on W 11th in Eugene has been there for my car on more occasions than I care to admit. Every time they get the car, they take their time and fix it right up. They just received my temperamental Jetta once again and are getting her all fixed up once again! Thanks Transmission Solutions!!!

This review is a few years overdue and not solicited, I’m just slow. They repaired the transmission on my 2004 Pilot. They made a mistake that they could have claimed was not theirs, but they did not. They fixed the issues at no charge and went the extra mile. I hope future cars of mine don’t have transmission issues but if they do, I will return. My transmission is still working well. Thank you!
