Awful service. Took way to long for the reps to help customers. I didnt expect this to be an hour long visit. Employees are slower then a mixture of honey and molasses

This store is less than worthless. You can’t pay off your phone here, they do not carry SIM cards at this location and their phones in stock in some of the lowest in the state. Pretty much a big waste of time to come here, they just call customer support for most issues. Stay home or go to the main store down town

Sprint is the worst service in Eugene let alone with the worst customer service to go along with it. I understand that I do not know everything when I have issues and would hope that sprint would be able to help me when I do… I get redirected around that I have to print papers for claims or I can’t do this without a form and they can’t even print the forms for you there… I got sent over to a fed ex office because I do not own a printer. Wendy the so called manager always interrupts and over powers you in any type of discussion… I normally cannot get any word in because she interrupts and always claims how sprint is right and it’s just the way it is. Tmobile offers to pay cancellation fees to come to their service and I’m considering because obviously sprint is more of a money grubbing company with terrible service over customer care.
