Before going into the food cart business, I was a Personal Chef and provided In-​Home Catering for Private Events and Parties. As a young child, I watched and helped my mother cook delicious food in our very tiny kitchen in a small farm in the Philippines. Before migrating to the U.S. when I was 12 years old, we visited Thailand and Hong Kong. That’s where I was first introduced to different type of food other than Filipino Food. I was Wowed! I was even more excited after seeing all the different culture here in the U.S. During my high school years, I made it a hobby to go to the grocery stores, shopped for ingredients and experimented in our kitchen. As an adult, I love traveling to different parts of the World, learning about their culture and trying out Signature Dishes. I then take what I learned and experienced and apply it to my own cooking and share it with my customers. I hope you enjoy my food. In order to keep you happy and satisfied, I welcome suggestions and criticism.
