Seedlings Preschool is an exquisitely fun learning environment that nurtures a healthy self esteem.

Weekly Music with local Children’s Musician, outdoor play in organic gardens. Indoor environment is light filled, cozy and encourages creative play together with friends.

Daily activities include cooking, science experimentation, art discoveries, yoga and singing at circle time.

Our philosophy builds upon respectful communication between friends, allowing each child to be creative in their own ways; building, painting, listening to stories, making lasting friendships.

For children ages 2 and a half to 5 and a half

Monday thru Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p. m

History

Established in 1984.

Seedlings Preschool has been a part of the local community for many years. Debbie Summers is the lead teacher and obtained her degree in Early Childhood Education. She started Seedlings soon thereafter.

Debbie, continues to further her education by attending relevant educational experiences that relate to Early Childhood.

Business Owner

Debbie has a Degree in Early Childhood Education and feels that her role in working with families and young children is in creating a school based upon respectful interactions with friends. She presents activities to the children in ways that will foster creativity: in their art, cooking projects, planting, yoga– right down to the music the children hear through out the day!

She continues to seek out educational experiences that will enhance her already well filled folder of activities for young children !
