The women on the phone said they have too many customers and won’t be accepting new ones for a few weeks due to lack of equipment, and she said that by the time they will be able to accept new customers their monthly price will have gone up. She wasn’t at all certain about the new price, she only knew that it would be between $ 5.00 to $ 10.00 more. I think it’s a bit odd that they are having great buisniness and they feel the need to raise their price.

We are building a house and Royal dropped off a dumpster for us. Great company and great service. They really want their customers to be happy and commits to do this. We will never use any other service. Thanks so much!

Kind of strange to be writing a review about a garbage company, but they deserve it. I’ve lived in several communities across the west and I’ve found Royal Refuse to be the most friendly and understanding.
In previous towns I’ve been in I’ve seen the garbage company walk out of their truck and put a note on a customer’s pail saying they couldn’t pick the garbage up because a car was parked too close. In contrast, with Royal Refuse, a couple times I’ve forgot to put my garbage bin out and they went out of their way and walked to my side front yard and got processed the pail for me (I try to not make it a habit).
Another time the garbage bag got stuck in the bottom of the garbage pail because I forced it in there. I called them when I returned from work and they said ‘no problem’ and told me to just put it next to the garbage pail next pick up and they would get it. No questions blaming me for it or anything like that.
The few times I’ve called they have been very friendly.

After a bad experience with another local company Royal Refuse has stepped in to renew my faith. They sent staff out to see what needs we had, and went the extra mile to help us get transitioned with no stress. Spoiler– they are cheaper too! It is a no brainier for our organization.
