Established in 2012.

I know from experience the #1 reason fitness/​diet plans don’t work is the lack of proper knowledge and support. This why I created ReFit. It’s my personal mission to help you get back in shape, again. With ReFit on your team, you don’t have to do it alone!

I believe that community and support play an important role in any change we want to make in our lives. Sometimes we are lucky enough to get that support from within what we already have, but many times we have to reach out or look around to get it.

In 2010, I enrolled in Nutrition School through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I fell in love with the subject matter, the school and everything I learned. I received excellent training in all the major dietary theories and studied a variety of Lifestyle coaching methods.

I began Olympic style Weightlifting in 2005, which gave me a great sense of community and fulfillment. It became a passion for me and has driven me to become who I am. I have enjoyed competing at an elite level and with the passion and knowledge I have for the sport, I naturally wanted to share it with others. I began coaching several years ago. I have helped many athletes reach goals that were at one time
