Quince A. Sterry, (Assoc. AIA) Created the business Q Sterry after being employed for 13 years with Eugene’s oldest and most reputable Architecture Firm, TBG Architects + Planners. There Q has continued the education obtained via completion of the University of Oregon’s 5-​year Bachelor of Architecture program. Previously a contractor, Q now possesses the skills and knowledge to effectively synthesize the dreams of clients with the realities of construction. Combined with an unsurpassed drafting speed, a mature moral ethic, and low overhead make Q Sterry a perfect fit for any client looking for inspiration, knowledge, and assistance in realizing their dreams.”

Business Owner

Q’s family lived on a modest farm with no electricity. He learned at a very young age to be creative with the materials on-​hand and was taught valuable life lessons by his loving and creative parents. Always competing with his highly talented older brother, Q learned to be humble and to understand his limits.

Q began working in construction during the summers at the age of 14. He continued in this field, ultimately earning a contractors license, until the age of 26 when he was accepted into the prestigious Architecture program at the University of Oregon. He secured his first Architectural job with TBG Architects and Planners in the year 2000 where he was employed full-​time until 2013. He was the project manager/​designer of numerous high profile buildings in the Eugene/​Florence and worked closely with owners and contractors, always keeping an eye on the big picture.

Q is a husband, devoted father, and enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends.
