My business background began with sales and marketing orientations and evolved into financial and human resource development. I’m skilled at customer service and people relationships and believe strongly in empowerment of staff and the personal growth that comes to staff members through this responsibility. I have a track record of organizing and developing small businesses for improved performance and growth through integrity, team building, training and systems. My 24 years in the real estate business includes successful turnaround in two small businesses and continued growth in my current business.
