History

Established in 1985.

My career in the healing arts started with medical-​surgical nursing in 1975. Since then I have practiced Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure, Hakomi body-​centered counseling and finally acupuncture, Chinese medicine and qigong healing methods.

I teach qigong, Chinese medicine and bodymind counseling skills classes for the general public and allied health practitioners.

Business Owner

Kamala Quale, MSOM, LAc has 30 years of experience in the healing arts including medical-​surgical nursing. She has a master’s degree in classical Chinese Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Kamala is nationally certified in all branches of this medicine which includes: acupuncture, acupressure, herbs, nutrition and meditative qigong healing methods. She is a certified teacher and practitioner of the Hakomi method of body-​centered counseling, and Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure™. She leads groups and classes for clients and allied healthcare professionals.
