He is experienced in all phases of business development from start up to long term planning including strategic business planning, marketing, purchasing, cash flow projecting, sales, sales management, merchandising, and human resources.

Mr. Burke was the co-​founder of six retail businesses on the Oregon coast: Blue Heron Gallery, Sticks and Stones Gallery, Wind Drift Gallery, Wind Drift Kites, Breach the Moon Gallery, and Oceanic Arts.
