Our goal at Hard Core Yoga is to provide a fun, welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone to experience the benefits of yoga. When you walk through the door to the studio you will be welcomed warmly by our caring, experienced instructors, and our amazing and compassionate students. There is a great variety of experience levels at Hard Core Yoga, with many students who are just discovering yoga for the first time all the way to advanced practitioners who can effortlessly float into a handstand. The common theme with all of our students is mutual encouragement… we are all here to grow, deepen our practice, and enjoy ourselves, and there is a beautiful deep respect for every single student, regardless of ability or experience.
History
Established in 2011.
We opened Hard Core Yoga back in 2011 because in this fast paced, high octane world that we live in today most of us feel like our life is maxed out. We wanted to provide a space for people to slow down and focus on the present moment while still getting the physical benefits of a vigorous practice. Exercise is such an essential component in maintaining a healthy, balanced life, and the great thing about our practice at Hard Core Yoga is we can build tremendous strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility while providing stress relief and the ability to remain present and mindful in our actions… on and off of our yoga mat.

Business Owner
After feeling the profound effect of a regular yoga practice on both her body and mind, Chelsea felt a passionate draw toward teaching and helping others realize the incredible benefits of yoga.
She completed at 200 hr training with well respected yogi Liza DiGaetano along with additional training with celebrity yoga instructor Baron Baptiste.
Chelsea has taught many styles of yoga including kids, prenatal, flexibility based, and power yoga but was ultimately drawn to a strength based vinyasa flow because the deep, rhythmic breathing combined with the continuous flow from pose to pose provide a beautiful balance of strength, calm, flexibility, and mindfulness… something she strives for in her life as a mother and business owner off of the mat.
Yoga helped Chelsea’s body regain strength and flexibility after the birth of two children, and more importantly taught her to step back and let go of the stresses in life that are beyond control.
