Shaken Up!
What kind of drivers do they hire at Go Taxi in Eugene, OR! I just came very close to an accident this morning when one of their taxi drivers tried to pull in front of me switching lanes. I hit my brakes and everything in my car flew to the floor. I hit my hand really hard trying to save the contents on my front seat to no avail. I’m very lucky I have good brakes and could stop in time. This driver shouldn’t be driving a taxi with such bad driving skills He didn’t even look to see if someone was in the lane he was trying to get in to, or if he was aware, he purposely cut me off trying to get over in my lane. Now that I think about it, I’m pretty sure he was cutting me off and was playing chicken with me to see if I would stop. This kind of driver needs to be fired! I wouldn’t want to be driving in a car with him ever!!! I will never use GO TAXI or recommend them to any out of town clients.

Accidentally, scheduled this taxi for airport transport a second time. Waited for about 20 minutes, no one showed up. I called another taxi company who arrived at same time as Go Taxi. I guess I don’t have to tell you which company I had drive me to the airport. Have removed Go Taxi from my contacts as they are unreliable.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, RUDE! I made a reservation more than 24 hours in advance for my daughter to be picked up from the U of O campus, and driven to the airport. John correctly repeated all the relevant details back to me. The next evening not only did no one come to pick up my daughter — who stood outside in the dark in 15 degree weather at the appointed pickup spot, waiting in vain — but when she eventually managed to reach Go Taxi by phone, after multiple attempts, she was rudely brushed off and told point-​blank: «we’re not coming to get you».
I called too and the rude woman who answered the phone brusquely confirmed that no-​one would be getting my daughter because 2 of their taxis had had accidents that day, due to the snow and ice. I asked her why no-​one had bothered to call us in advance, and let us know they wouldn’t honor the reservation, which would have allowed us to make a reservation with another company. The woman then claimed that she had no record of my reservation… Not once did she offer an apology!
We called every other Eugene taxi company listed on Unilocal and all were super-​busy (many other students were also leaving campus for winter break); none were available so my daughter ended up missing her flight and we lost the value of her air ticket.
Go Taxi is clearly a highly unprofessional company. Would have given it a negative rating if Unilocal allowed it.

Arrived in the Eugene area and wanted to watch some NFL and partake in some adult beverages. Called the number and was promptly answered by Jon. Said he would be at my location in 20 minutes. Was there in 15. Good ride to my destination. Highly recommended!

I called Go Taxi to pick up my girlfriend from the airport, and we both enjoyed the experience. They were prompt, courteous and polite. My girlfriend said the driver was «really cool» and that the inside of the vehicle was «hella plush.» We would recommend Go Taxi for all your taxi-​ing needs.

Oh. My. God.
So it was my boyfriend’s birthday but I was the one who apparently blacked out last night (for the 2^nd time in my life). I awoke after just a few hours of sleep with that confusion; looking at the trail of clothes leading to the bed, the orderly fashion of how my bag was placed, exactly where I always put it; trying to piece together what commenced between that last drink and home. Nothing was coming together. I awoke my boyfriend who informed me that I pulled out cash (twice) at an atm so we could get home.
Oh god. Wallet.
I dumped the contents of my oversized bag, searched the jacket I apparently put on at the end of the night, but nothing. I cursed myself, thought maybe this is when I’m supposed to cry, started looking up numbers to call and cancel my few cards. Boyfriend, reasonably annoyed, decided to go trace our path from the driveway.
There it was. Neatly placed on the welcome mat, with a business card wedged into my lovely thrift store Coach wallet: «Left in Cab, THX for riding, Lorenzo.»
Dude.
