Business Owner

Our doctors are certified by the Am. Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Richard Hoffman has authored more than 350 ophthalmic publications and has won multiple awards for his teaching videos. He is a Certified Physician Investigator, which gives him the ability to attract beneficial clinical trials for patients.

Dr. Annette Chang Sims is always looking forward to new research opportunities and investigating potentially sight-​saving devices at the forefront of glaucoma surgical management. She also performs cataract/​refractive procedures.

Dr. Fine has been in private practice for 45 years in Eugene, OR. He has also been named one of the most influential ophthalmologists of the 20^th century by a vote of 16,000 ophthalmologists worldwide. His research activities have led to new instruments, implants and surgical procedures. Dr. Fine has written hundreds of publications and edited numerous textbooks. He has lectured, taught and demonstrated live surgery extensively around the world.
