The service is amazing, and affordable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I will continue to buy all of my tires from this fantastic place.

Let me just start by saying that I used to work for a tire/​alignment shop, so I am well acquainted with accidents/​mistakes.
I bought a set of four tires for my project car. I brought in my rims and had new tires put on. I brought them home and they vibrated excessively at anything past 50 mph. Took them back and had them re-​balanced. Brought them home and they vibrated even worse. So I took them back in to see if the tires were out of round and they said the tires and wheels were perfect, so after re-​balancing yet again I apprehensively brought them home again to check. This time they got it.
So in total, I made five trips which were 60 miles each to get a single set of tires. This would not include my time spent during all of this and the massive amount of frustration I experienced. I will not be returning because of the inexperience of the mechanic staff, but I am thankful for the sales team which was determined to re-​balance my tires so many times.
BTW I do love the tires, ohtsu although an economical tire is surprisingly grippy in dry, wet, and loose gravel.

Had a flat. Came in and it was repaired at no cost in just about half an hour.

These people gave my Mom a quote for tires that was outrageously expensive and told her that her tires were so bad that she needed to replace them immediately. It really scared her. Thank Goodness my brother convinced her to get a second opinion from the Goodyear (on W. 11^th) and they quoted her a much better price. And then when she took it in for them to look at, it turns out she’d been lied to and she doesn’t even need tires! Be very careful dealing with these people!

Two weeks ago I found out I had a leaky tire and it could not be patched. Worse, I quickly found out that my after market rims use a different length of lug bolts than my stock spare. I called Discount Tires and not only did they have the bolts, the did not charge me. This small act not only earned them my business when I bought a $ 600 set of tires, but they will have it in the future. In a day of age where everyone is trying to squeeze every dime out of their customers, the little gestures count.

Came into Discount Tire to have my tires rotated for their first time (bought the Goodyears from DT in December) and was surprised to see a full parking lot and a busy waiting room. I had an appointment for noon, but my truck wasn’t serviced until about 45 minutes after arrival. Situations like this are always frustrating, but Danny the branch manager was very kind and made me feel better about the situation saying that they were abnormally busy that day. Danny assured me that he put two guys to the job so they could expedite the process and have me out the door ASAP. He was right, and even gave me a phone call two days later to apologize again about the inconvenience and asked if there was anything further he could do to make me feel better about my experience. I politely said no because honestly I couldn’t be unhappy with the work and prices that DT has to offer, as well as great customer service that Danny made known.

Dropped in on a Saturday at 4:30 and was out of there by 5:45. They were busy but they handled the flow of cars well. For no appointment on a weekend I felt the wait wasn’t bad. Paid $ 200 less than what Les Schwab quoted me for comparable tires. I would definitely recommend them.

I used to be a Les Schwab guy, not anymore. Great website design and interface. I was able to compare, research, purchase and schedule my appointment. The store, itself, is very clean void of clutter and noxious smells. The check-​in was quick, efficient, and they didn’t try to up-​sell me on any «extras.» Despite have every bay occupied, from the time I stepped into the store to the time they were handing the keys back to me was under 40 minutes! Great service at very competitive prices.

Best prices and service in town. These guys are fast and provide top quality service. They do match prices contrary to what other review say but the buyer needs to let them know the price they are to beat. It is really not their responsibility to price through other stores to make sure you get a better price. Take the time to get proicing and let them know the target, they will beat it.
Full set of tires and rebuild TPMS in 45 minutes! That would be 1 ¹⁄₂ hour in other stores. I simply got tired of spending hours in other shops.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about these guys. I used to go to Les Schwab as they are local and generally pretty nice, but I got tired of their higher prices and constant upselling tactics.
I have taken several cars here for new tires or wheels and I’ve always been treated well. Most recently I ordered a set of new wheels for my truck. They beat Les Schwab by about $ 150 for the same set. Once they arrived and were installed on the truck I noticed some moderate defects in the chrome from the manufacturer. Most people probably would have just let it go, but I’m fairly anal and a stickler for details so I wanted them swapped out for new ones. They could have given me some grief about it, but all they said is that they wanted me to be happy and would happily swap them out. The new wheels arrived and quickly and were swapped out without any problems.
This store seems to be VERY busy most of the time. They do take appointments which gets you in ahead of people who just show up, I recommend you do that if you can. There is a café right across the street (Bagel Sphere) which has free wifi and is a great place to wait for your car to get finished.
I won’t need any new wheels or tires for a while, but when I do I’ll definitely return. I highly recommend this particular store. Their crew is friendly, knowledgeable and hard working.

Had to get new tires recently and they were cheaper than anywhere else. The guys there are friendly and make you feel so welcome to be there. They had the tires done very quickly. I had them rotate the tires today and the great service is still there. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs tires for a great price!

This crew goes above and beyond. I was astonished at the deal they have me when I was in a pinch in the name of doing the right thing. They don’t do everything that some shops do, but they do tires well. I’ll never go anywhere else if I can help it.

I’ve been using these guys for maybe 15 years and have nothing but positive things to say. They sell me tires with tread warranties, I drive home and back along Fox Hollow Road a bunch, the tires are shot way before the treadware warranty runs out, and they honor it anyway. Friendly and generally always a pleasure to deal with. Recommended!

Great customer service and great prices. I took my sons bent wheel and tire in so we could get a matching tire on the new wheel he bought to their competitor and they didn’t have one so I went here and they had plenty in stock. They had it mounted and I was on my way out the door in no time. The only bummer was the siping machine was broke today so he will have to go back to get his tire siped. But hey no complaint here out of the fast, cheap, and friendly service. I would go back for sure.

Never a fee for a flat tire repair. Swapping out the studded tires is also free. This place is real friendly, GREAT PRICING, and very well stocked. No need to shop!

They may have a big banner reading «We beat Costco!», but you better do your homework before you believe them!
I priced my tires from Costco, had them print it out, and took it with me to America’s. Without telling them about my Costco quote, they quoted several hundred dollars more for an identical set. I asked «I thought you beat Costco?». He said «Yes, that’s why I paid for the big banner outside». He then issued a new quote about $ 100 less, but still almost $ 200 higher than Costco. I then showed him my printed quote. He started getting grumpy, and would not give me a price. After several minutes of me pushing (figuratively speaking of course) he said he’d beat it by $ 10. I do not believe for a second, that he didn’t know Costco’s price.
I purchased those tires from Costco, and several sets since. I strongly recommend you do the same. In my opinion, America’s is a waste of time and not trustworthy.

I shopped around and normally buy local however I was looking for a great deal for a truck I’m going to be selling. Americas Tire was $ 200 less than the next cheapest competitors price.
I was in and out within 45 – 60 minutes.
