I have worked alongside this businesses proprietor for a couple years in the past. During that time he would «spoil» those of us in the office whenever he brought in his «to die for» smoked meats.
He recently set up this «Awesome» food truck (you got to see it). It’s not possible to explain the deliciousness of this food. The meats are SOO tender, so full of smoked flavor, portion size is good. Different sauces are available…
Try the Brisket, and the Ribs, and the Cilantro Lime Jalapeño Coleslaw… OMG good!
