We teach dance classes, individual lessons and sponsor a once a month dance! We teach all the social dances in Ballroom, Swing and Latin dance. Singles and Couples are welcome!

Learn to dance for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, cruises, reunions and parties. Be confident on the dance floor and have fun with your special partner or meet other singles learning to dance!

There are many opportunities to dance in the Eugene and Springfield areas. Take the first step and learn to dance today! We are professionally trained, patient instructors and we make it fun and easy to learn and achieve your goals.

Our group classes will help you get the practice you need. During Individual lessons you learn at your own pace to achieve your goals. Practice what you have learned at our once a month dance and many other social dance events in our area!

History

Established in 1980.

Laura and Robert were both professionally trained at Arthur Murray Dance Studios in Portland and Eugene Oregon. They have been teaching dance classes together and individual lessons for many years.

Laura has also been adjunct instructor for the University of Oregon Dance Department and Northwest Christian University and both have been officers and instructors for the University of Oregon Ballroom Dance Club. They have taught for many local organizations and clubs in the Eugene and Springfield areas. Check website for a list.

They met at the Arthur Murray Studio in Eugene, Oregon and eventually started teaching on their own. They have been life partners for over 27years.

They take great joy in teaching people to dance together.

Laura T.

Business Owner

Laura Taylor was professionally trained at the Portland and Eugene Arthur Murray Dance Studios.

She is currently teaching classes with her husband and dance partner Robert Phaigh as well as individual lessons.

She has been an adjunct instructor for the University of Oregon Dance Department and Northwest Christian University. She has also been an officer and current instructor for the University of Oregon Ballroom Dance Club as well as many other organizations in Eugene and Springfield Oregon. Check website for list.

She is trained in all the Ballroom, Latin and Swing dances and currently specializes in teaching singles and couples to social dance. She also enjoys teaching couples to dance for their special wedding dance.
