Our clients receive a full spectrum of affordable services from the initial phase of land use planning through master planning, construction documents, bid process, building permit application and contractor selection and supervision.

History

Established in 1981.

Cynde Stemmer received a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from the U of O in 1976. She proceeded to open a landscape architectural design company called Stemmer Gardens. She hired contractors to implement her designs. Then she met Dean Denny who joined her in 1994 as a partner. He brought the in– house construction skills of carpentry, concrete work, masonry, irrigation and planting to the business. Together they design and build fine homes and gardens as Classic Design and Construction.

Cynde Denny has recently; 2010 completed a double Masters in Community and Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture. We are now able to provide land use planning services for subdivisions and complicated land useplaning applications such as zoning changes and conditional use permits for our clients.
