Chase Bank

Deserves a negative star. Went here to cash a check today at the west 11^th branch which was drawn on THEIR bank. Was told it was giving them an error message and they refused to cash it. The teller stamped the check with endorsement cancelled. No explanation. Check cashing place wouldn’t cash it either due to stamp. I called the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do and that there was an issue with my id and relationship with chase. I have never had an account with them! I took the check to the chase on Willamette st where i have cashed chase checks before and the manager cashed it with no problem! Did not even charge me a fee. Kudos to the Willamette st branch for having it together what a stellar bunch of people! Thanks Andrew for Looking up my check and assuring me that I needed to come back down and cash my check as there was no problem whatsoever with it. Screw the branch on w 11^th.
