I have come to realize that you can’t please everyone and everyone’s experience is different. I still enjoy living at the Boulders. In the summer my apartment isn’t very hot because I don’t get direct sunlight. In the winter I use my fireplace which keeps the place warm enough that I don’t have to use my heat. I would rather spend 120 $-200 $ for wood than pay EWEB more money in the winter. I still think the office staff is friendly and professional and if I need something fixed the maintenance crew is on it. I’ve never had a problem. And I use the clubhouse very often for gatherings and find it very cozy.

Over priced. Out dated units. You’ll freeze in the wintertime and cook in the summertime. No air conditioning and very simple basic electric wall heaters that are very inefficient and expensive to operate. Odd shaped rooms hard to fit furnishings into. Poorly maintained pool/​spa/​fitness center. We’ve lived here a year and they have not changed the water in the pool once. Lacks adequate parking. Beware that once they get your signature & money the friendly helpfulness STOPS! The only real plus to living @ The Boulders is the location.
Not sure what happened to my first review of this place so I’m writing another warning to those interested.
