Autorama

This is a small, family owned lot. I bought my last truck there a few years ago. Had a great, stress-​free experience. I sat down with one of the sales associates, told him which truck I wanted and we talked price for a few minutes before coming to an agreement. Everything about the transaction was honest and casual– no pressure or weird sales games. I’d go back without a second thought next time I’m in the market for a previously owned vehicle.

Edit: Everything has been resolved by Joe, and he ended up reimbursing the cost for my visit to the mechanic plus extra for the added stress. He was very apologetic and I am very fortunate that these guys care about their business enough to right their wrongs. I originally rated this business as an average 3, but after having these guys reach out and fix this issue I have no reason not to love the purchase I made through them. I really like my new car!
I would be weary of making any purchases through this dealer. They sold me a great car in the end, but their professionalism was something to be desired. The entire office smelled like Nag Champa, took forever to mail paperwork to me (they wrote the wrong address and misspelled my city), and had their incompetent mechanic work on my brakes before sending me down the road. I ended up needing to go to my own mechanic several weeks later due to an awful sound accompanied by difficulty reversing, and he informed me that whoever worked on my brakes last had not tightened the brake caliper bolts and one had come off. This is just not how you conduct business, and the guys at Autorama have yet to return my message about this. Due to their bad mechanic I ended up being 160 dollars out of pocket within 2 weeks of owning the car.
So, as I said, be weary before buying your next vehicle through these guys.

I would never recommend this place to someone. They were misleading, sneaky, and hard to get ahold of. Despite all that I wanted to purchase a vehicle. The day they were supposed to show up they did not. They didn’t reply to my calls or texts. They left me hanging when I was expecting to have a new vehicle. The lack of respect or customer service is disappointing. I’m glad I never purchased a car from them, my guess is they were hiding something. Purchase a car here at your own risk, and don’t expect to be treated well.
